Useless. The app can not find the hoverboard...and yes it's on and the phone is right beside the hoverboard. It's. 6.0 so it has Bluetooth. Maybe we should stop using Chinese apps and develop our own North American ones that work...
At first this app didn't work, but disconnecting and forgetting the device in my Bluetooth menu, then connecting through the app only made it work. Great to be able to change the settings on the hoverboard!
Not able to find the hoverboard at all in the app. Phone is able to connect through bluetooth setting. Tried both connected with phone or not, still no luck to get app connected with the device. Too BAD.
I have had the same problems as almost everybody here. I bought a gyrocopters hoverboard for some quarintine fun but the app just tells me nonstop to turn on GPS in order to connect, and you cant forget it wont open unless you alow it to acces your photos and media when it has nothing to do with it, like what the heck? I am very dissapointed with this app for how well the hoverboard works. like get your game on people, I for one do not recomend this app just use it manualy and connect bluetooth.
App great when it works but it seems to keep freezing. If I click on the app Bluetooth button it seems to then unfreeze and work briefly before freezing again. It also keeps asking me to turn gps on when it IS on. Please fix and I'll happily rate it higher.
Very bad. First I download the Bluewheel app but it didn't work. After writing an email I find out that the app I need is called Tao Tao. It asks me to access my pictures, I don't understand why, but if I don't do it it doesn't even install. Once installed it doesn't work either. I write emails to three different contacts at Innovamax and I still have no answer... 16 days have passed... I hope people read this note before deciding to buy a hoverboard in your store.
The app will not connect to the hoverboard at all. I've attempted it with different phones, no joy at all. I connect with my phone and can play music but that's all I can do
The bluetooth pairing connected to the music setting, but it wont connect to the scooter. It keeps saying the bluetooth pairing was rejected by TaoTao...?! For this kind of money, this is ridiculous.
Make sure your bluetooth is unpaired to taotao in your phone, otherwise it will not connect to the board. Very frustrating otherwise.
Requires access to local files; doesn't run on Android 12, at least without permissions, which it isn't getting.
Absolute garbage. Does not connect to board, just searches for ever. Awful chinese made product with typical awful support and apps. If you dont want disappointed children, just steer clear of this awful stuff.
Cant bluetooth connect my hoverboard to it, I'm following the instructions, although there isn't much to follow, it seems fairly easy but it isn't working. Please help how do I bluetooth connect? It keeps saying it cant find my device
Doesn't connect. If hoverboard is paired, then it founds it, but nothing happened after. If it's not paired, then it can't be found.
network or server issue when trying to sign up (which is required by the way). Their system haven't worked for a loooong time.
Cant sign up to access the control settings. Paid all this money and refuse to let my son have his birthday gift till I can access the controls. Sending it back! Keeps saying server or network failure. App is garbage. Plz fix immediately
Does not connect to board unless you forget in phones Bluetooth and then pair using app. Why does it need access to photos/media?
Requires an account to use, but the registration server doesn't work. Cannot create account or log in using Facebook. Cannot use all the features of hoverboard due to this. Please fix.
This app is the worst... Its stuck in advance and I can't get it to beginner... This is ruining our experience... I paid alot of money for this hover board and this app has ruined it!! I'm not happy
isn't the app in error is the phone fault . go to bluetooth delete the divice ""unpair"" then close all applications in the phone open the tao tao app and now the app will see the mac address of the device ..... lol
I'm getting error "Anti-counterfeiting reminding" and it was working for 2 years now. all was working fine since when we bought the hoverboard. What shall I do ?
Will not connect to my phone. My phone finds it, pairs and that's it, doesn't connect. Please sort this problem out.
MY HOVERBOARD IS BROKEN AFTER USING THIS APP I GOT THIS APP FOR MY HOVERBOARD AND AFTER CONNECTING IT THE HOVERBOARD STOPPED BALENCING AND THE TURNING IS SUPER DELAYED AND FAST. AND AFTER CHANGING THE SETTING TO BEGINNER AND ALL OF THE OTHER ONES NOTHING CHANGES. It's not working properly for me i change the speed and stuff but it doesn't work. And now the app won't won't even load
Terrible App. Music works fine and it actually pairs easily for me. The problem is that it does not allow me to adjust any settings. If I change speed setting it stays for about 2 seconds then goes back to previous setting right away. I can not get the hoverboard out of beginner setting. It will go to intermediate then right back to beginner on its own 2 seconds later.
