It has been an awesome app but lately it's become a bother. You load up using mtn MoMo it shows on the card that the balance is updated but on the card it will not reflectand and yet the cash has already been deducted from your mobile account.
The older version of this app was good, because whenever i aploaded money directly i was able to use them. But this useless new version when i upload money with momo it show it in balance and when i tap on a bus it shows "unsurficient balance" error pls fix it
This app is terrible u can see the correct balance in the app but when you tap on the bus there are no money on the card and in that case you need to load additional money to the agent. please fix payments
Money synchronization is not working. And yet drivers can't accept to wait !!!! The service is horrible. If I were able I would put zero star, it's horrific!
Amazing app, it's quick and simple to use, great interface but the problem is that I can't delete a card! Delete a card not working
It's a good idea to be able to check the balance on the card by the app but currently, balance displayed is incorrect which fools the user.
Awesome app, love the option of loading money using Momo. It's also always been a challenge to know the balance without going to the tap&go agents so this is pretty cool...
That's a helpful app, but as a recommendation, you should add a qr code to new cards to help in quick adding a card to the app
it would be great if you could find out how to get buses to Google map.
This App Is A wast Of Time The Money That you load on the card Works In a long time , I was Embarrassed in a Bus Because of this useless app
Your reload is not working It requires about 5 hours to see what you load in your Card!

There still room for improvement: 1) There should be a help and support service which a client would reach out in case there is an incident with the app 2) There are card balance synchronization issues. Today I used the app to top up my card, but was horribly surprised to find that the money did not appear on the card when I tried pay my ride with it. I had to pay additionally through an agent.
