The intial stage of registering your number is quite a huge obstacle... Can's seem to successifully go past this stage... Why would you make it so hard! Fix this and you may get a star... When you make or create an application as this, it is wiser and better to make it as simple as posible for us to register or log in... Otherwise there is no point in giving you any star or recommend it to others if l do not see it work for me... Pliz do fix that intial step and we may be able to talk more...
The App won't send the OTP. Connection to server failed. Deliberate double tapping, if not errors, very difficult to prove.
Good app. Can't check my balance though. If you can correct that then we good. Also add options for Ecocash/bank top up. That'd be very convenient
Is this working for anyone? I am not getting the OTP for the past 2months or so, i have been trying almost everyday changing phones, networks, etc. Still nothing. Useless.
considering that I can not check my card balance using this app or top up using ecocash,I don't really find this app useful.A lot need to be improved on this app,otherwise it would be of no use at all.
Only one functionality left, users need to top up with their ecocash/bank without approaching your sometimes overwhelmed agents..Otherwise the app is excellent, thumps up
develop more functions for adding and removing cards. but overally its convenient for use.
Useless application which keeps on telling me that no Internet connection yet l am connected. I cannot even register it on my phone kindly do something meaningful with your application ASAP
Please fix the app, I can't register, it tells that I don't have an internet connection, no wonder it didn't ask for any permissions before installing
App not working. When trying to login it says, can't connect to server please check your internet connection.
It's failing to send otp resulting unable to create an account guys have to work on it to support all service providers to generate otp in 10 seconds at least delay
Useless app don't bother downloading it opens then tells you there's a connection problem. Don't waste time & data. Murikutijairira, liyadelela. Zero stars
Useless app. It won't pass the initial stage of entering the phone number. Dissapointed
I wish google had a zero star. The app is pure junk it simply dosent work. For such a big player in the transport industry ZUPCO has failed.
App not working its a big obstacle to log in can you do something about that keeps saying cannot connect to the server

Great move but so far.. its giving us error messages to gaming access into the app. Is it still a prototype or what??
Really ,whats the use of the app whn u cant even chk the available balance.initial whn u introduced this card,one could chk balace in card and transaction that hve occurred, but somehow you removed this facility just to leave us with this.What benefit do l get by being shwn total value of amount l hv utilized during the time l hv had the card and not show me the available balance in my card. Pliz assist here

This is a great app indeed. keep it up . I can safely manage my Zupco transactions and services. I was wondering though since the app is only usable over the internet , is it possible to devise an alternative one which uses mobile phones USSDs (*XXX# to access the tapcard services) just to carter for a number of many Zimbabweans who do not have access to the internet at all
