Very helpful app throughout the week when I need gas for work lol Or a little extra $$ for a bill.. The only thing I don't like is it charges you a little bit of money to recieve your money. I understand it's not alot and they need to make money as well but sometimes I need the whole 20$ 🤣
I just signed up, but I've already worked 2 days on this pay period and it's not showing the correct amount of money in the tapcheck app that I should have. I've already worked almost 8 hours and it's just showing $29. Now I know that's not right!
Tapcheck is very helpful between checks and very easy to communicate with via live chat. I look forward to using the app more in the future as needed. Update: The app no longer comes up for me...continues to load. Have installed and uninstalled. Also, don't depend on the updated balance. One week it will be there. The next it will not. I learned the hard way.
Technical support is a little bit complicated when changing or adding my account number. But the app itself is great!!
Really slow to update balances and daily pay. Also have never been able to view my paycheck and balances properly.
Does that would be okay if it would update like it was supposed to and put the money available like it's supposed to, and every time I turn around it says it's not linked to my account or my payroll account and none of that is changed since day one
Benefits are great, being able to tap in and use some of my pay, sadly you have to contact them via chat bot to ever get access to it 🤦
My employer signed on with this app to assist our staff with obtaining advanced funds before payday as needed. I was skeptical about it, at first, but when I called the 800 number, I was put in the very capable hands of an agent (Josh) who pleasantly and professionally guided me through the steps to register with the program. It was easy and took very little time to complete. I was thrilled!! I've already transferred some funds and couldn't be more pleased with this app. Kudos to Tapcheck!!!!
Never have had a problem with the app, except it likes to update the app alot. And when it wants to update, you have no choice but to update it. Overall good app, and great customer service. The more I've used the app, the more my avaible funds have gone up. Which is nice when needed. Would 10/10 recommend!
The first few weeks they were reliable and caring. They got my wages to me in an appropriate and timely manner. This is not the case now. After the 2nd or 3rd time of not getting my wages on time I spoke with customer service and had to actually request what they already had in the system. On top of that after a couple of their representatives are short and unfriendly. Trying to get my wages now is like PULLING TEETH!. my money often becomes available 24 to 48 hrs later than advertised.
The assistant was very helpful and quickly helped me solve my problem. Danish was so helpful and very polite. I love this app and will definitely refer it to others!
I have the app on my tablet but that's about all it is good for. It doesn't show the hours I've worked won't let me have any money early. Shows I have zero money and zero hours worked.
They are always helpful when I need help & I've always gotten my money this app is great to have if your employer has this available I would definitely recommend downloading it & set your profile up it comes in handy
Keeps crashing when trying to open it I've uninstalled several times and it still keeps crashing which is frustrating since my job does daily pay through this app!!
This app sucks, your money comes on whenever it wants no scheduled timing. And they take the deductions out first before you'll see any money. This app is a waste I wish my job would have stuck with instant
I enjoy this app, especially now when gas prices are up. Being able to get a few dollars in day after working makes things alot easier.
App isn't working after update. Just keeps saying I have to update. Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. Cleared cache and cookies still can't use it
This is an awesome app I had something that come up and needed money as soon as possible and tapchdk helped me to have is easy.
Tapcheck has been very helpful...with no added interest, I am happy to pay the small fee for an instant transfer.
User friendly, no notable glitches or problems, helpful in a pinch app. Let's you access your money before your paycheck and it's an awesome tool to have. Wish I didn't have to do so many advances of $100 before being allowed to pull more, but I understand the why. Just wish it weren't so many. Over all, I'm very happy with the app.
It's been really helpful to me recently missing so much work from being sick. My paychecks are smaller and tapcheck helps to make sure my bills are paid on time. One thing I'm confused about is that I can have $125 available to withdraw one day and the next day it says $0, even though I didn't withdraw anything. Not sure where it goes for those few days 🤷
Staff assistance is amazing I've never had any delays that withheld my advance and if I did run into any delays. When seeking customer service the waiting que is very short and very fast when a human response. I've had amazing assistance by a few member of the staff, James,Danish, Abdur and a few other members truly ensure my requests and concerns are delt with in a timely manners. If I could rate it 10 I would. Very amazing and easy app.
I signed up mid November and it's a new year. Despite me working 5 days a week consistently, my availability balance stayed $0. I checked with my payroll department and they uploaded my time every day. I called Tap check customer support weekly, they claim it was their system that never updated my time sheet and I should wait a few hours but it's been months. Nothing ever changed.
Customer service is very helpful and friendly..easy to use app and also helpful information to read on the app as well..overall good app
Terrible experience. Half the time it doesn't sync with my work hours so I'm stuck worrying about if it'll be taken out from my paycheck but I won't receive my funds. The nature of how to increase your limit seems very predatory to me especially with a close to 5$ withdrawal fee you'll give away close to 300$ before you're allowed to pull anything over 75$. I only use it because it's the only option my job offers.
I like it so far it does let you get part of your check just wish it was a lil more than a 100 but I will see how long it takes to go up and I can collect more
I called them to ask about an issue and they answered right away and fixed it. Very friendly. Great customer service.
Worse app ever. They are making money hand over fist off of people. They take $5 every transfer and only offer small available funds amounts so you have to keep tapping up and they keep taking $5 everytime. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app!!!
Good app can withdrawl early pay stubs at half the pay day period. So if I work at 13 a hr and worked six hrs I get 3 hrs of that pay check earlier than expected. Great app early check withdrawals they take it out your check directly it's a good app to use, when working in a home health care field. Early cash helps with gas expenses when needed.
Great at 1st now I'm constantly having to contact someone for updates even then I get the run around now there's a technical issue with my account and can't get anyone to answer with an update. I have just updated the app 2 days ago as well.
