To get started, you’ll need to be an existing user of Internet Banking and opt into Mobile Banking from that system. It’s easy to do and takes seconds. Once you’ve allowed “Mobile Access” you can begin to login to Mobile Banking from your smartphone.
The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it’s really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

App worked great for a while but now i get a blank white screen. No loading nothing. Been 2 weeks now with this issue and no fix. The issue is they made the app not function on older android versions. After using my brother's phone I had no issue on his android 11 phone. This was likely done on purpose or they would have fixed the problem by now.
I am back to loving this app. I recently upgraded my phone from a Galaxy 7 to a Galaxy 22. Like other people reported the app would not open on my new phone. I contacted TAPCO and they said that they were already working the issue with the Galaxy S22. The app now is working on my phone. It provides all the services I need including mobile deposits. We'll done TAPCO. Great customer service!
Update... the app works again. Yay!!! Since I upgraded to Samsung 22 Ultra the app stopped working. Update the app please.
App doesn't work. Get message saying app has violated security policies and will be shut down. Cant even open the app now.
Love TAPCO CU -- Outstanding customer service, great financial products. And their mobile banking app is intuitive and yser friendly.
No longer works with Android 8.1
I have fingerprint scan so I don't have to put my password in every time, and it will just stop working and tell me it can't verify my credentials. Even after uninstalling, then reinstalling several times, it continues to do this, then makes me change my password. That's why I use my fingerprint!
I am no longer able to take screen shots. I do all of my banking on a phone & have no ability to print from it. By taking a screen shot, I can email others or myself I and print from my email on another device. This is a large inconvenience for me.
Helps me quickly check balances and make transfers between accounts. You aren't able to change some specific account info via the app, but it at least links you to the TAPCO website and provides phone numbers for the different branches.
I so sorry I didn't stay with Tapco I left which was a big big mistake and went to Bank of America. Got rid of the riff raff and so I went back to Tapco, best decision I have ever made. Tapco is there for the consumer not the executive's to make the money. I love the mobile banking, it's easy to use. If you have a problem the tellers are always there to help. I'm so glad I finally wised up and went back to Tapco
Unfortunately when I upgraded to a s22 I've been cut off from Mobile banking. Please update the app so we can still use it. Great app when it works.
App will not respond at all after seeing a message of it having trouble a couple of days ago. Still not fixed. Deleted and reinstalled but still nothing. Was a pretty reliable app but please fix this

This app needs to be updated is does not want to open for me anymore. I can even make transfers on my account.
This application sucks. Good luck trying to use it. It constantly has error messages and they like to pass the buck by blaming your internet connection. Uninstalled permanently
Keeps telling my device is rooted. It is a official status device from my service provider. This app is not usable, every other secure app works except this one. Please fix.
Getting the same error code as previously stated. This isnt the first time and its always at the worst times that i cant check my account. ( Have uninstalled and reinstalled. )
Good app. annoying having to relogin every time, but its a banking app of course, more security is better.
When it works it's great. Saves me a lot of time traveling, and keeps us square!!!

Horrible , the stupid app doesn't let me log in 98% of the time and im over how retarded it is being.......fix it please some of us need to actually be able to see our accounts and pay our bills!
Works great to check balance, pay bills, and deposit checks. I do wish the deposit limits were higher.

Just stopped working out of the blue. Very frustrating since I do all my banking from here
App constantly crashes. Never know when you're actually gonna get to look at your account information.
So the app was working fine for a while. I have a galaxy 7 and only juat updated the app, didn't upgrade the phone(as I've seen other people talking about). Now it only opens to a blank white screen. I can still access on my PC at least, hoping by adding a comment, IT will identify the issue pattern from users. Hope it helps!
