Total waste of money. Too much buffering plus everytime you are watching a football match it will take you 3 to 5 minutes back after loading. Will recommend everyone do not install it and search for other good options.

Recently i have subscribed a premium bundle, amount has been deducted from my bank account. Every time a try to login it redirects me to the subscription page. App repeatedly says that I am not subscriber, I have also contacted the customer support team but they haven't responded me as well, also I have called the customer support but no one picks up the call.

I have paid subscription fees but still I can't login to my account. Whenever I login it takes me back to subscription page and ask me to subscribe if I click on forgot pin button it still does nothing. I have already paid fees and cash deducted from my easypaisa account. How can I contact? you guys don't even mentioned your email or contact number in app where I can contact and discuss my issue regarding your app.

The app is utterly terrible. I am a paid subscriber and it still shows me ads everytime I play any video and the video buffers and the audio stutters more than usual. Totally annoying experience

The app has been really weird from a very long time I doesn't even howhow to login and also I forgot to pay the subscription fees this month and wanted to see the series matches of pak vs aus but the sports channel can't be seen on the app anymore, the app isn't working or has a problem

Extremely bad experience, such a cheap in quality, no user friendly, completly old movies and dramas, i just wasted my 400 pkr for two month subscription and precious time. I may have utilize this time in doing something productive. If they offer me my money back ill accept it.

Worst experience ever. I unsubscribed from my package last month and you still haven't unsubscribed me and keep me charging. I tried to contact at helpline but no response. I am trying to unsubscribe again from application but they keep on saying user not found. Pathetic service.

Recently I subcribed premium bundle of 199 rupees and I stop using this app 3 months before but still they deducted 199 from my account and I call to my bank they said go to tapmad TV and unsubcribe your subscription for future deduction. I instal again tapmad but they said you didn't subcribe any service and I can't login too my previous account. I have screenshot of deduction from my account I can provide if u needed. Looking forward for this solution. Please

Now I don't care about the lack of content available as what the app does well what i need it to do aka streaming sports but there lies a big issue in the live steams on phone/app. The resolution is always stretched on the phone doesn't matter full screen or not the video resolution is stretched and ugly and makes the watching experience bad. Please you need to fix it ASAP it's ruining the experience.

SCAMMER ALERT...!!! First when i tried to login it said "you're not a subscribe user please subscribe yourself" Then i subscribed to the lowest promotional package just to make sure tapmad isn't scam but turned out they're scammer, they deduct the amount & sent confirmation text but whenever im trying to login it says again "you're not a subscribe user please subscribe yourself" then i again click on same lowest promotional package & this time it says "user already subscribed"

I subscribed to a premium subscribtion and it took out money from my account without asking i tried to cancel it so it says not a subscriber on my account but still tries to take out money from my account without permission i contacted their support and they didnt even pick up my call and emailed them but havent responded to me.

Very poor app at first I subscribe for rupee one offer so I can win a laptop but then instead of one rupee they cut 199 rupee from my Easypaisa without giving a notice or an offer it is very unsafe for those who have using Easypaisa on their phones it doesn't deserve a single star rating.

I have subscribed one time for psl matches. Still amount is deducted regularly from my easypaisa account. There is no option for unsubscribe. Waste of money and waste of time. Don't subscribe for any bundle.

I've been trying to log in to tapmad to DEACTIVATE THE SUBSCRIPTION because its fee is deducted from my easypaisa account. But when I enter my contact number, It is saying that I'm not subscribed to any subscription at all, yet you're deducting fee from my account, kindly resolve this issue and save me from having a headache! Please!

The app keeps showing loading page. So frustrating. I have tried installing the app again but it's not working. I feel like I have wasted my money.

The most terrible app I've ever seen At frst it was ok and used to response to the commond but now its totally mis taking the commands I keep it on 360p but it automatically jumps to 1080 (while i haven't set it to auto mode) and thus it starts buffering due to network issues. And the 2nd problem, It firstly staerts buffering and the suddenly stops responding the screen shows that there is a problem. And you have to restart the app Which is a headache when you are watching a live contest.

Very poor streaming service. Streaming stops in the middle saying its some technical issue. Furthermore, it's very confusing to have ads in a paid app. Your subscription is quite handful given the content available for streaming. I just want you to improve your service. Thank you.

Fantastic job. No one can say that it's a boring or incomplete app. Job has done very well and it's results are 100% infact 110% good. If you don't agreed lets click on the download button and try it know. You can't imagine what you are going to be done.

Very disappointed. I subscribed premium package so that I can watch Champions League matches and now that the most awaited match of the season is about to start I came to know that TenSports is not working and giving some technical error. Frustrating and disappointing.

I subscribed to promotional package but it didn't work. The app continuously said subscribe now as i subscribed earlier but it didn't count.

It is the worst app ever . They are deducting money from my easypaisa account without my permission and also they don't even recovering my account on tapmad . Everytime i tried to login they say try with q different number .They are the absolute suckers never ever trust them .

Bought the subscription for PSL 7 and I haven't enjoyed a single match. The stream always keeps stuttering and buffering. Refreshing, restarting doesn't help. Other live streams on the platform work fine but PSL just freezes and stutters. Such a shame and waste of money and energy.

Worst app! I purchased the standard membership and I did not know that it was automatically deducting subscription amount from my jazzcash account every month!

Very bad app Once you purchase any package and you want to unsubscrib they will never unsubscrib you even you unsubscribe again and again They will deduct amount from your account automatically every month

DONOT, I repeat DONOT ever subscribe to this app. They will not let you login or unsubscribe again, and they will keep charging your account.

It's impossible to subscribe this app. I must have tried like a million times. I was really looking fwd to Barwaan Khilaadi. Guess will have to make do without it. BTW I was trying to pay through easy paisa app. Don't know what's the problem but once I enter the OTP, it either says transaction failed or doesn't do anything at all. Please fix it or you'll keep loosing viewers.

App is good for streaming but it need to be improve. Most important feature that must be added is "PIP Mode" ,so that streaming not interrupt while minimizing the app.

I also paid 1 month's payment but still not login when i complained about it so no response from there whenever i login you say subscribe first but when i subscribe it says you have already subscribed After a month, today again the payment was made from the account
