For my first week in Bogota I had a great time with this app; however, I will not use it again after my last interaction. I had placed a reservation for a car to take me to an event at a specific time. Before the scheduled time I received a receipt from Cabify saying that the journey was over despite the addresses being wrong as well as the time. Despite evidence to the contrary, they won't reimburse the fraudulent transaction. Steer clear unless you are okay with being scammed
I I don't remember my previous tappsi login, and the app ALWAYS crashes when trying to sign up (even after clearing all app data). The app became totally useless at this point.
Awful. After 5 attempts no driver would accept the journey even at the highest rate with tip. Don't waste your time.
since the join wirh easy taxi, i cannot join in both services. Invalid email y/o password. I use recover, I received the email, I did set a new password, try and the same.
fair. there are improvements needed. can't update. you should be able to change choice of taxi companies without having to enter addresses again.
Haven't been able to get a ride yet. All the drivers wait for you to cancel and pay a fee, never actually coming to pick you up
no more option to tip before the ride. that was critical to actually getting a taxi.

I can't open the app. It keeps shutting down 🙄
Watch out: it gives you a small estimate and later the driver does not stop the ride and overcharges you. Example estimate was 35k COP and ended up paying 55k COP.

Sometimes its good
HORRIBLE APP!! It used to be a 5 star app but now the map inputs the wrong address overlapping the one u type. Menus get u lost as well. It does not show the plate of the vehicle nor other relevant info. I'm going to Uber or another app that looks like the old Tapsi.
First time I download this app. When I was going to use it to call a cab it asked me to register, of course it would since its the first time I'm using it... guess what happened next? after clicking sign up the app just crashes and closes right away. I tried to sign up multiple times and got no luck. If the app chrashes and fails at something as simple as a sign up i cant imagine how bad it is when you're actually gonna use it. I would never download it again
