At the end of the ride, you can rate the quality of your trip/driver behaviour and help TAPSI team improve service delivery.
Book a taxi in just a few steps. Here’s how it works:
1. Determine your origin and destination on the map.
2. Specify your payment type. (Cash or credit)
3. Request a ride.
4. You can see your driver’s information such as picture, vehicle details, phone number and can track him on the map and estimated time of arrival.
5. Experience a safe ride with TAPSI.
6. At the end of the ride rate the driver from 0 to 10 points. A score of less than 8 shows your dissatisfaction with the driver/trip.
During your ride, you can use stopping capabilities on the route or select a second destination. Also, by selecting "Travel Safety", you can share your ride profile - including driver name, car model, car number and route - with your friends.

Idiotic unskippable pop-up forcing the users to update their application, lack of control over the quality of service and the condition of cars, and lack of improvement in the main part of the app, that is, selecting where the trip starts and ends. Also, TAP30 Line feature is merely symbolic, it seems.
a bit hard to work with. I think you should pay more attention to UI and UX. You have to keep in mind that you are constantly compared with your rival (not gonna say its name) and every little inconvenience will make your users comapre your app with the said rival. for example I'm not a big fan of your method of online payment, it's a little hard to work with, or cancelling a trip is not obvious and you have to look for the cancelling option.
It's a really fast and safe system with good accessibility at any time of 24 hours. Also drivers're gettin better at their proficiency with more neaty clothing and polished cars. Totally I'm satisfied with its acceptable fare , and what's more, they offer you some free trips for more commuting.💙😊
Practical, easy to use, cheap enough. Though sometimes I have to use Snapp because Tap30' drivers won't respond to the low payment. So maybe you could add an option so the user could raise the price to get a car quicker. Tnx. 💜
A ridiculously designed app! very inconvenient when asks to receive a code via text message to activate the subscription. The page closes when you leave it to check your text msg inbox and restarts everything from beginning when you return to it to enter the activation code asking for a mobile number once again . I uninstalled it right after i installed.
app is practical. UI needs reconsideration for colors. setting options are not rich. ballon messages can not be turned off. in general is better than others.
The UI and UX is good. The support is good and there are close to no bugs. There are plenty of options for the kind of trip you want to have and the prices are reasonable. As a user I don't expect much more from such an app.
Tap30 is great and obviously it's developers are trying to make it better and better. Two recently added features that I like, are "1630 number to take taxi without need for internet" and "in hurry taking taxi by a bit more cost".
It's good and helpful application. In the items for rating of a driver , passenger could rate only one item. It is better to rate each item individual. Thanks.
Thank you for being available every time and every where. Most of the drivers are very polite and professional. The only thing is being more expensive than the other agency, Snap.
Good application, I haven't seen any bugs or glitches. Not a bad idea to add Tipping like Uber as a way to say thank you to drivers for making your ride enjoyable. Ofcourse as an option.
very nice application and service. however, i suggest them to improve their standards for cars. some cars are really old and not in a good condition.
It changed my destination for no reason and literally costed me double than it should've. It's a good app just make sure you double check your destination or you'll get ripped off
Most of the drivers in Mashad won't accept requests, probably because the cost which is determined by the app, is too low. That makes us wait too long for a car and eventually use another service. Please change the prices.
It's better than its oponents in all aspects, though there are some minor bugs urgently should be fixed. I personally prefer it to other taxi providers.
This application has a great design and user interface. but the English version just provides English interface, and the names on the map are still in Persian.
very good. the tapsi line feature can be improved. Its not always active and the price could be lower in my opinion
Tap30 is a good service provider. I thank them for their good interaction with clients. I complained about a problem I had with a driver and they solved it within hours. Well done and keep ahead!
Good customer service and fare pricing! BTW, it automatically crashes on my MI A2 phone, but runs okay on Galaxy Nexus. 🤔 Fix this issue please!
Terrible customer service. Terrible control over driver and car quality. Constant update pop up even if you have updated. Overall terrible service. Use Snapp instead
I love how the developers of this app care about the design and functionality. This is my default and only online taxi service app and I'm totally supportive about it.
Like Uber , please add a feature , that driver can add money to our in-app wallet when he doesn't have cash , like 500 toman.always they get 500 toman more when they don't have cash and we don't have any choice!
Good app and good user experience. The number of riders is a little low but overall the experience in app is quite good.
Good and cheap, Could get better if they warn some greedy drivers. And also some times the bugs are really annoying.
Charging passengers with higher amount of money every month is a huge negative point. I couldn't use tapsi line at all.Think that its just an icon in the app.
I have used the Tap30 service several times and I am pleased because the safety and privacy of passengers are well-respected and have good drivers and good cars.
I had lots of satisfactory trips with this app and service, it found sometimes expensive , sometimes cheaper than another taxi services.
I can no longer sign in to my account when I enter the code that has been sent to my phone. It just shows a new screen that claims there is something wrong with the connection(i have tried several times and with different internet connections). This problem needs to be resolved ASAP otherwise the app is sure to lose a large group of users.
