Literally this is the perfect app for being in a pandemic. I got an ad on my IG about Tapster, downloaded, and it's just the perfect app to have on your phone for when you need something boozy and fun while being stuck inside, but don't want to go outside to get it. The first time in a long time a targeteed ad to me actually was worth clicking on/downloading!
I've found a lot of other delivery apps don't have the ability to choose a time slot delivery, like Tapster, but you order and it just comes whenever it comes. Sometimes you'll be waiting up to an hour or more. Tapster has always been very clear with when things are coming, and I've even gotten updates from my delivery drivers about their status, how far away they are, etc. I just hate using UberEats and waiting an hour or two like, when is it going to get here?? With Tapster, it always comes in
This app is pretty good and has a boatload of options of alcohol to choose from. Only one time I had a problem where I was trying to input my address and it wasn't going to my address directly, but then I put in the delivery notes my exact address, and it came to the right place. After I went to update the app, I no longer had that problem. If that was my only problem using the app for as long as I have, then I say that's definitely worth a 5 star review.
Tapster is the best thing to happen since contraception. If you download this app, the overabundance of stress you face at the liquor store while choosing and talking to other human beings will instantly become a chore your 6mo old can carry out. It's fast, easy, and reliable. Cheers to the bafoons that don't already have it!
Truly an amazing app! Not sure what sign up issues some others were referring to but I was able to get up and running in moments! Def a much safer option during these times than waiting in line at a liquor store much more convenient also!
Consistently reliable app. Using Tapster and getting alcohol delivered is so much easier compared to running out and going to the liquor store. First of all, we all should be avoiding going out anyway with this pandemic going on-- but the overall ease of life that Tapster has brought to my drinking life has been a delight. I've called customer service a few times to make changes to my order, and the sweet girl that picks up the phone is always so wonderful and helpful. She makes edits to my order with no problem, and so much kindness and care in her voice! Shoutout to that chick!
Tapster does delivery times in the form of slots, so you can order your alcohol to be delivered in "30 minute" slots. There's been times it's arrived before the 30 minutes, times where it's arrived after the 30 minute time slot a few minutes, but most of the time it arrives right when it's supposed to! Timliness 10/10
Service is good, but the app is crappy. It was ok to use it, though user experience is far from perfect. However, after the latest update the app keeps crashing, not starting at all. Had to delete it. Phone is Galaxy S8
Great first delivery. I downloaded this app after seeing an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a go, ive never heard of alcohol delivery in Atlanta like this so I was pretty pumped. My delivery went really well I have to write a review about it. I got texts when the driver was at the store, on the way, then she called me when she was here. I met her downstairs and got a canvas bag with the Tapster logo on it, I had to sign for it then she scanned my ID, and she was SO NICE. Inside the canvas
The menus of alcohol on the app are well organized, easy to use filters, there's a search feature, whole nine yards. Very easy to find what you're looking for on this app.
Three reasons why I recommend this app? 1. Every deliver driver I've gotten has been the NICEST. 2. There's a great selection on there, you can even shop from more than one liquor store 3. Every order comes with a cute reusable bag!
I'm totally satisfied with this delivery app! There are a lot of items to choose from in each alcohol category. There are even snacks available. One liquor store near me not only has alcohol listed on their app, but a wide range of hot sauces LOL which I think is so funny and cute. Want some wine and some hot sauce? Tapster has your back LOL
I thought it was cute that this app has snacks on it. After I scrolled a bit I noticed that only some stores have snacks and others don’t, that probably has to do with some stores carrying food and some not. Makes sense. But I thought it was cute that this app included food when possible! Get dranks and candy 😆
The app is a bit buggy but the service is great. 4 stars just for the annoyances with the app. Infinite loading and occasionally crashes.
Using food delivery apps, where I think it's almost more important to have a clean delivery (because its FOOD, not alcohol thats safely contained in a package/wine bottle/bottles) I've had some disgusting people deliver food. I've had a Uber Eats driver deliver to me off of a bike with no gloves on and long fingernails with dirt underneath them. Yup, that's right. That person was handling my food. Then we have Tapster, where of course it's important to be clean but there's not OPEN FOOD being delivered, they all wear gloves and masks and are even using sanitizer! The food delivery apps need to get delivery drivers as clean as Tapster's!
Will not get past the loading screen. One time it did, after like 10 attempts, and said there was no available liquor stores then forced closed and resumed freezing at the loading screen.
Literally what i was looking for since leaving house is not possible. My experience has been nothing but amazing. App is easy to use and so convenient.
I used this app to send out gifts to our employees from our company. I had such a great experience, it was simple and easy to send out gifts (we just put the directions in the "delivery directions", and we had no complications at all. Everyone loved their gifts.
the stupid use full name thing Sucks!!. i keep putting it in no spaces, under scores, as normal, and it still doesint let me go in with my real full name there should be 3 lines not One the button just doesint work real name or not it doesint work continueing with email
I've ordered from Tapster quite a lot, and from time to time there's an extra something something in my Tapster bag. I've gotten a shot glass once, some stickers another time, even a WINE GLASS once. I have to write here and tell everyone how cute this is to be given random gifts from a delivery company like that. I want free cookies, Uber Eats! Follow suit!
My driver forgot to include something in my order. It happens, we're all human. The driver was super apologetic and kind-- I checked the bag after it was handed to me. I then called customer service about it, and was refunded immediately. I'm so impressed with how quickly I got through to speak to someone, and how kind the delivery driver was about it, that I don't even care if something was missing. The app that Atlanta has been needing! Alcohol delivery in Atlanta is HERE!!! Using this app is like browsing the shelves of a liquor store right on your phone, but without leaving your couch. We’ve been needing this! And now we have it!
There's been a few times, when I recieve my Tapster delivery from the driver, that there's a shot glass or wine glass or Tapster branded key chain in the bag. I didn't pay for it. This company puts in branded surprises in their deliveries. It's like Christmas-- then you get your alcohol too
Easily my favorite delivery app! They serve all of Boston and greater boston as well. I can't tell you how many times my nights or weekends would have been dry if it wasn't for Tapster.

This sincerely is a wonderful app and a wonderful company. I was trying to send a gift to my friend in Somerville, and accidentally typed in the wrong delivery address which led the delivery driver to Southie. The driver was IN Southie, so far away from where I meant it to go lol. I called customer service and they were able to still deliver the package to my friend in Somerville with no problem. The nicest, kindest people at this company.
This app has what they call "Cocktail Kits" where they put together a bunch of items from a liquor store which you can use to create a cocktail at home! The app even has step by step instructions of how much of what ingredient to use, and when. The first cocktail kit I bought was the Baileys Martini Kit which was so easy and fun. My husband drinks a god awful amount of beer every weekend, and as we're getting older it's become more of a hassle for me to pick up all of the beer for him along with my grocery trips. Tapster delivers all the beer right to our door. I no longer have to carry the beer from the grocery store, to my car, all the way in the house and up our stairs.
A lot of delivery apps, after you've added things to your cart, you go to check out, and BOOM a bunch of fees and upcharging applies. Tapster is super straightforward with only a flat fee for delivery, then you choose the tip. Such a great app that doesn't, honestly, try to take all of your money like a lot of the other ones out there. especially the big guys.
