Taptap Send: Money Transfer

I am having great difficulty typing in data to sign up and enter information needed for my first transaction. Whatever I type in keeps repeating, even word fragments repeat multiple times. It is very frustrating to deal with a glitch from my very first experience. When i finally got to the stage of entering my bank card information, the glitch continued, repeating fragments of what i was typing, filling the entire line with repeated letters and word fragments. I gave up. Response appreciated.

The WORST experience! I have used multiple apps and this is so far the worst of them all. Customer service is only available 8-5 Eastern time. I have called during those hours, kept on hold only to be told to call back later, and the call disconnected after being on hold for over 25 min. I've had a transaction pending transfer for over 2 days, and when I asked them to cancel, they ignored my request. They completed the transfer on day 3 after I had already sent via other means.

The UI/UX is too bad. You should not release an app without testing and fixing all the bugs firsr. The input fields value keep repeating and I couldn’t find my country in the country list. Not recommended at all

I would not recommend this app because it has to many issues and one of them is, when u try to download your ID it want take it and says connection lost. And that way u can't use the app at all and they want accept ID through email.

Sent money and they requested for IDENTIFICATION. I submitted and received a verification text that ID is approved. But the money I transferred never got sent and still asking for verification with no way to do that. When you email the help team all you get it an automatic email. They also kept me on the phone for a long time with no answer.

My account has been blocked without any reason. When I called them to find out. They say we will get back to you in 20 mins. I got an email from them and it says your account has been shutdown due to security reason. I replied back and asking for more clearification. Lets see if they can clearify I will share here. But it was my first transaction even I upload my driving license and self photo taken. But still

Multiple conversations with help desk, no assistance to escalate and investigate why back-end encryption glitches are saying money is sent to recipient when it never was. They use 3rd party companies to transfer funds from your account and send the request to deposit it to recipients number with text message confirmation. Have asked MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel the transaction and refund my money yet no response. It's has been many days without a response.

It's probably the best money sending app in the world, sent quite a few transactions so far and its been absolutely brilliant, money gets to recipients instantly on banking opening hours, great work tap tap send, keep up with the good work

My experience using the App. So far I have not had any issues using the app. The app is easy to use and I have started to trust it as you have so many options to send Money abroad and your are little apprehensive trusting Apps with your bank details. The exchange rate is one of the best available and extra 2.5% is given to the recipient is great as you get more for your money. Transfer was received straight way by the recipient. Very speedy and the support team are very helpful

It was my first time to send money from this app. Was bit scared but it was very quick. My brother was on the phone and within seconds he confirmed that he got the money in his bank account. Really quick and secure. And there was no fee as well. Thanks Taptap

I strongly recommend this app to everyone as it works really well and you can send money anytime anywhere in the world within a short time,the receipent gets the money very quickly. Overall it's a good one 👍

I have not had any issues with the app is very easy to use and have sent multiple funds abroad to my bank account. The funds arrive within minutes with no problem.

A friend recommended me to this app, but it's a bit of pain. I really wouldn't recommend to someone who is sending money for emergency. Transactions are pain to go through and they can't refund back .

Excellent app, but exchange rate is not accurate, always less....taptap you need to be more competitive and give good rates..

Very easy to register and add recipients, transfers on the following banking day. Rates are better than other apps plus no fees charged.

It's has nothing to compare in this current money transfer business. They offer best rates at all times with exceptional transmitted times. I grateful to their service.

Brilliant, I have been using other money transfer apps for years, with poor exchange rates and high sending fees, then I came across this app, great rates and no sending fees, everything always works smoothly and no issues. Thank you.

Before I thought this app will bee the best app but not knowing it's the worst app I ever used. My transaction takes 3 or 2 days before to deliver even yesterday I made a transaction and it's still in pending. What a bad app

So far this is a great app which was introduced to me by a friend. It's fast and reliable with very competitive rates. I've not had any issues yet and i hope it stays that way. Five stars from me

Some regular bank cards does not have 3 numbers on the back of the card. Because of that,it would not give you any other options to go through.

So far so good. Some transactions are fast, others take a few hours. The best rates Ive seen so far. Reserving the last 2 stars for when I can transfer without converting into local currency.

I call this "taptap lose". 3 days straight nightmares! My 1st transfer showed in progress 20 minutes so had to cancel. Had to use Remitly, then less than 2 minutes funds received. Next day recipient gets money from taptap. Next day sent another money, 30 minutes later before received. This morning sent $883 no receipt so spent over 1hr on phone n rep tells me funds with MTN so can't do anything sorry? This is a crappie app n careless reps, bad customer service! Don't use if you value ur $$

The apps is excellent though sometimes your money pends for some hours before arriving the destination, customer service excellence and it keeps improving and cheap .I think I will stick to this apps till further notice

Rate is good but transaction takes too long an hour or more. At times they're cancelled. Bank is contacted they believes there are SAC problems from your end. The problem is if you're paying a workman.

Absulately amazing app so far.. highly recommend it. Prior to this I was using azimo and some others but this by far is the best one put there. Amazing rate easy and instantly money received by the receiptient.

So far so good, however what's with the 'sending limit upload ID' stuff that never works ? Once my limit is done and this is still ongoing....then l get going. Elsewhere.

I was just recently introduced by a friend, to Tap Tap. I normally compare the exchange rates and services with other sites and found Tap Tap to be far ahead above the others. The delivery is instantly and the rate is almost equal to the banks exchange rate. The difference is you can send unlimited amount of money through the banks but can only send smaller amounts of money through the phone.

Considerable improvement in transfer delivery since my last review! Rates could always be better, but of course, we can't let the better be the enemy of the good! Had a rocky start with delayed transfers. But so far so good for moi
