TapToTalk

With TapToTalk, you can control apps (e.g. Zello) with a virtual Push-To-Talk button (PTT). TapToTalk displays a permanent button that you can use no matter which app you are currently using.
TapToTask can be controlled by Tasker (or other Locale compatible apps).

on Android marshmallow it just shows the settings that's it doesn't actually do anything

It freezes the mic in android marshmallow I love this app and I use it daily but now I can since I've got a new phone please update :/

You have to configure the settings within this app and within zello for it to work (if that's your target), but once you do, it works flawlessly, unlike other overlay apps

Great overlay app. I downloaded zello and paired these 2. Then I joined my group on zello so we could communicate during matches. All you have to do is press and hold the overlay button to talk and release when your done. Easy and convenient. It's customizable too.
