Crashes whenever trying to view truck. Useless. Edit: 2 years later and it's still constantly crashing. How can such a huge company make such a useless ordering tool?
Every time I use the app it sends duplicate orders or gives me errors.
Updated today and lost a lot of info to order there products the need to fix or go back to someone comes and do the order for you
Not liking due to keeps saying something is wrong try again
When I place an order on line I do so to streamline the process. This app does not do that, if fact it allows your rep to control and stop the order. Our rep has a history of being unavailable and inaccurate when it comes to taking and processing our orders. The beer line that your competitors use is much more on point with helping the customer. We will stop using this app and return to calling in direct to customer service.
Love this app! I've got all the latest products available 24/7. Plus having my invoices stored online is a huge bonus!
Always seem to have trouble opening the app. As though there wasn't a good connection but all of my other data apps work fine. I have to keep calling my beer distributer when I should be able to just place an order.
