Not registered with "My Tara"? No problem, the Tara Energy app also allows you to register and provides the following features:
Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.
View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.
Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Tara Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.
View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.
Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Tara Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.

Terrible top of terrible the app will tell you your bill is due one day just for your lights to be cut off and they'll see that it says it on their end and still charge you 25 plus the billto cut it on dont mess with rhis service app not absolutely hate them happened on 4 different occasions
This app along with the website app is terrible. The whole page never loads up and I can't even press submit payment on the app. Please fix the app asap!
This app is trash. When trying to submit a payment it asks for additional info but does not provide a box to enter said additional info.
Tried it 5 times. It doesn't open. Just has a frozen loading message
Why does the App ask for a cvv number suddenly yet have no place to enter a cvv code? UPDATED REVIEW STILL NO PLACE TO ENTER CVV NUMBER FROM BACK OF CREDIT CARD Fix it soon or this app becomes USELESS

The app has issues with saving auto draft information. When I tried to confirm my information it showed blank fields. Doing this must have deleted my saved draft info.

It tells me I need to download and I search it it on Google play and nothings new and the current app was updated it doesn't work

I'm a tara energy customer. And this app doesn't work more often than it does. If you're going to suggest to your customers to ise this app for our main point of contact then fix the bugs.
