I can't take any items out of my favourites (even if those items are no long available at Target for example, Xmas decorations). You can add things to your cart even if they aren't available to buy. Target will randomly refund items they don't have. So forget about buy sets of items, you may end up with half the quantity you need. Target should inform you before refunding so you have the option to opt out of the purchase. Easy and convenient app to use, filters are sufficient.

Easy to shop once you log in. Kinda annoying that you have to log in every single time. Why can't it remember me, without me having to type my password in? Also, only good for shopping, but you cannot use it to pick up/return orders. Every time having to go through 25 emails Target send out in regards to a single order and look for a tax invoice. OMG make my life a little easier please and include those invoices into the order info on the app.

Easy to use when it works. I get to the checkout and select click and collect. It won't preload my info but also won't let me type. I have to log into the browser instead. Defeats the purpose of the app.

This used to be great, but the last update has wrecked it for me. The payment button doesn't come up, so I can't pay and finish my order. The clearance category is also gone, unless you search for it.

I do alot of online shopping & have experienced some real nightmares when it comes to apps,registering with my email address & checkout !! Target makes the whole online shopping experience a breeze from the app to checkout...P.S.. Afterpay offered as a payment option is unreal..

I normally really love this app but for some reason my cart won't load. It's been going on for about a month now and it's so frustrating! Everything else works great-my wishlist loads and everything. Whenever I add something to my cart it comes up with an error message and just never loads my actual cart. Therefore I can't actually buy anything! Please contact me and help me fix this if you can. I have tried uninstall and reinstall 3 times with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Very convenient app. I also get regular rewards/discounts by using the app for purchases, that I wouldn't get in-store. I can see more stock, without having to walk all over the store. Only downside is not being able to order items that are at a low stock level in store (when I've seen them on the shelf). Perhaps it's a safeguard. Mostly, I'm very pleased with the Target app; it works easily.

Great app which is easy to use with uncomplicated search options. Categories are readily accessible. Only issue was the app not accepting my Gift Card for whatever reason, so I ended up not being able to use it. Apart from that, I will continue to use this app.

I have constant trouble signing in ...won't accept my email sign in. 'Please use a valid email address'....it's the same one I get sent emails to from Target!!🤷‍♀️ I buy as a guest every time, so a bit annoying.

Six days now waiting for a pair of work boots and socks to be delivered from a store within 5kms of me. I have received packages from other countries within this time, all ordered on the same day, and my target order is still waiting for pickup down the road.. HUGE FAIL! What's the point of an app promoting local home delivery when it can't even compete with international shipping times

I've only use this app afew times but it's been very easy to navigate through and there's choices for everyone, yes of course not everyone will find exactly what they want but can ask if it's available, there's also the time payment with it, zip-pay, afterpay etc etc it's very helpful.

Super easy to use, just wish I didn't have to log in so often. Love the search function, and how easy check out is.

Good app, nice to get shopping rewards via the app too. There are a few little annoying bugs, but works well enough.

Trying to add a product to the basket and wasn't able to.. Then tried again the same product was $20 dearer and still couldn't add it to the basket.

Amazingly easy to navigate and complete payment process. Only downside is searching for the clearance section is difficult. I ended up typing 'clearance' in the search box to find clearance items

I am having the same problem as the person below. I used to use this app app the time, and now my basket won't load and anytime I try to add anything to it if comes up with an error message. I too have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Guess you don't want our business..

Getting better from when I first downloaded it. Easier to navigate. Less bugs and crashes.

I used to use it often (we dont go out much due to covid) but now i won't continue using it. Its a bit misleading when you order something thats in stock at your local store but then it gets sent from the other side of the country, making it a looooong wait for deliveries. I know they can send it from the store cause they have done in the past and iv received things THE NEXT DAY! That was amazing but now i dont even get the confirmed invoice untill 6 days later from a different state!

Easy to navigate and find products, lots of filters to narrow down your search. I would just like if there was an option to not show apparel that's unavailable in your size.

Used to be good but now it's hard to delete item(s) from basket. How do I delete an item that I don't want? Might rather just pop into the store rather than use this app.

Always so easy to use & intuitive. Have not experienced any issues or crashing & I've used it quite a bit, especially throughout lockdown.

Terrible. Get to payment and doesn't let you go any further. Absolutely terrible . Couldn't even rate as zero stars

i have been shopping with Target for years now didn't have any problems until a few days ago i can still login and look up items but can't add anything to it saying error update to crat and when I go to my crat I can't go in at all so I won't be shopping with Target anymore sadly but hopefully they can fix my problem

Took my money for a click and collect. Couldn't provide an item and refused to refund me. A month later and they still refuse to give me back my money and expect me to go instore to sort it out. Will never shop with Target again, there is nothing convenient about shopping with them and they are thieves.

Hard to use and constantly having to log in even if I haven't logged out.

The Target is the most affordable and effective app and I love using their app. It is a stress free app and right at your fingertips. Especially in these times that you do not want to go out much because of the Covid panademic that is going around. Especially for those like me that have Respiratory problems it's easy for us to use this app

Unreliable. The APP is slow, but that's not the major issue. I ordered something via click and collect, for the same day (it advised it was available for purchase) but it wasn't actually available. Called customer service and waited for 20 mins, turns out there was an "I.T" issue and it wasn't logged in the system.. I was then told that I have to wait for 5 business days before it could arrive.. The customer service lady was very helpful, called to see where else the item was available.

Much credit to the devs for acting quickly and resolving the issue I discovered in my original review. I suspect it was a random bug between the App and Google PlayStore. The app itself works a treat, can browse freely without even needing an account. Easy to browse and navigate the online store. Haven't made a purchase yet, but I will update again when I do.
