This app is an absolute joke. You can watch grass grow quicker than this app opens, you always get an error when you try to attach verification and when you do it tells you to call a number but the number is not clickable. I can't believe I trusted these children with money

The update the other day keeps crashing. The drop downs for available reimbursements is missing. After logging in, when I click any option it immediately makes me log back in again.

They deny medical coverage of my expenses and that should not be. It should not be up to them what they decide is medical. If someone has a medical degree than it's a damn medical expense. So it's been $150 times 7 for me so far that my TASC card should have been used. But they denied it and denied it and denied it. I will not be re-upping for this. What is the point?

This app won't let you request reimbursements. It just stops at step three. Won't let you put anything in. So frustrating! The one time I got past that point I had to call them anyway! What's the point?

I pay $2 a month Admin fee and 95% of my eligible reimbursements are not processed through the app. I am on the phone with customer service once a month and I've still only gotten 3/25 purchases reimbursed. Help menu cannot help me with my problem despite what the company has suggested below

First off, there isn't even any kind of instructions like there was for the old app(which was much simpler anyway). Then, there isn't any app help or support online or in the app. Now for the issues. Every time I open the app it throws the red error up top. I can get around that by signing out and signing back in. But, then when I go to make a reimbursement request, when I try to select a date it says "No service available for this date" and I have to cancel. This has happened without fail even after updates and with any dependent selected. The old app was perfectly simple. This one is completely useless.

This app needs a full revamp! I can only sign in using biometric because my password never works. It's confusing to know what your balance is on your card as opposed to your FSA balance. The reimbursement tool is outdated and it's so much trouble to use. I had to submit a receipt more than three times and that was a horrible experience. Please, please make this app pleasant to look at and user friendly, even for those who know about technology.

I love having easy access to what I have available on my card and finding out what was paid for. But the submitting part of it seems to have issues. I have one that I have called on several times to make sure paid. And its all set supposedly, but it doesn't show that way. I think once that is taken care of and maybe a walk thru or tutorial on application would help.

Hilariously inept service. Management hides behind toothless customer service reps. Areas of app haven't worked in more than a year and they refuse to address it or remove the function. Avoid if at all possible.

TASC changed its system this year and introduced this new app which was intended to make things simpler. I would rate the app poor but I think it's the new system that I find most frustrating. I've been told by customer service that the bugs will be worked out by the end of the year. I'm still waiting. I've enjoyed using TASC for 4 years but the new system has me questioning whether to sign on for 2022.

Always Has Problems! This app NEVER works correctly nor does the mobile site. Logging in is a nightmare and error messages pop up. Then, suddenly it works and I'm not even aware that I'm logged in, which is a security issue. Their systems are so outdated. Invest in decent technology or contract for IT support.

Great changes! Love the new modern look and added features. So much more functionality! After clicking around a bit it seems very user friendly. I use my TASC card for almost everything but it's great to know my balance and the ability to submit a claim is just a few clicks away if I need it!

this app is great but I have trouble using my card with them. I guess it's ok cause they give you the option to deposit it in your bank ,over all the app is great and very useful

TERRIBLE!!!! Stay far away from this. It's not worth the money saved having to deal with this! Customer service is terrible, I can never access my money to pay childcare. This is ridiculous!

Recent upgrade broke the app and online. Can't submit ANYTHING. Called support and their response was oh well, mail us the reimbursement form instead.

App is fine TASC sucks. My employer switched to this company for some reason and it has been horrible. Instead of one card for your account, each person on your account has their own card; that is really a pain when you have shared custody of children. Then almost every transaction requires verification. My son had a surgery earlier in the year and it cost a couple thousand out of pocket and in typical health care fashion it was billed a little at a time. TASC made a hard situation harder.

Confusing and not user friendly. Very difficult to upload verification forms and not a lot of clearly explained instructions. They want your 1st born to verify a $25.00 transaction. Is easier to pay the damn bill then waste hours trying to satisfy their requirements for reimbursement on a non user friendly app. I suspect that is not by accident and they know this.

App is not intuitive at all. Record keeping between this version and the old one are incomplete. I can't view details or documents for any transactions before the switch. EDIT: I've communicated all my concerns here, no need to email. Performing usual workflows of requesting reimbursement are simply not easy to do on this app. Use testing should identify and resolve these problems.

This would be a great app if if would actually work. Twice over the last few months I have tried to get in the app and a red banner saying something went wrong and to call an 800 number. When I did it last time the guy said to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did it this time and it didn't work, I logged out and back in and finally worked. Shouldn't have to reinstall everytime I want to use the app or log out and back in again. It is ridiculous to have to do such things everytime. Fix it ASAP

I tried to sign into the app, but everytime it wanted me to enter a verification code that it would send me by text. The only problem is, every time I open the text to get the code it takes the screen back to the sign in screen in. So that code is no longer valid. it would not leave the screen up so I could put the code in in order to gain entry, just a never-ending circle of stupid.

Awful app. Didn't recognize my user name immediately after setting up the app. Forgot password link sends me an access code without a place to apply it. Automated phone does not work anymore. Better off finding a bank and opening up an HSA and transferring but I can't imagine that not being a cluster. Do better TASC!

Easy to navigate. Easy to upload things by taking a picture or uploading a picture. Not as many categories to submit things, but I haven't been denied compensation for having a less accurate category for things I know are eligible. I have not had a problem with the app service.

So far, there has been no problem getting my funds quickly. The app makes turning in receipts easy.
