This is the best of very many that I've tested over the past year. Very well designed. The only thing missing is a Sticky Reminder for my Notification Bar. I had to keep a lesser note app just to do that one thing, which I use a lot. Everything else is excellent. 2021/22: But many Megabytes of data being used monthly, even though I rarely use this app when on line, or back it up to anywhere... I am wondering why/what?
App developers were very responsive to suggestions but lately no response ===== In reminders, clicking on title task, we have to delete " new reminder", I suggest that it should auto delete on clicking "new reminder".. 2) when editing "title" in reminders, we can't see *NOR EDIT* the whole text, only the last words are seen ==== 1) No option of calendar (daily, weekly, monthly. 2) main page, tabs: all, reminders, notepad, shopping
It apps very very helpful for me.Now this application is sometimes problems, when touch some letter then Select more words. Then something can't be done. The app has to be closed and restarted. I do not understand why this is? Also all is well.
Please fix the reminder Part of this app. Let's just say I need to set a reminder for April 1st I have to pick April 2 for the reminder date to be set correctly on April 1st. That's ridiculous.
I really like the app but I wish the total was correct when it adds up the shopping list. For a single item, it works but it doesn't multiply the items with the price so you don't get the correct total. You would need to manually type in the total for each set of multiple items to get the correct total. It would be nice & faster if the app did that part for you.
EDIT: The latest update puts it miles ahead of the field! After using a different app for notes for many years, it no longer met my needs so I started looking for a replacement. Task Note is by far the best of those I tried. It has lots of features, is easy to customize, and the devs are super responsive! Give it a try!
This app offers a great number of customization to users. A lot of options are available. but I found some some flaws too. It looks like text formatting is buggy and not working properly. And icons need a lot of work bcz they are blurry & outdated. App concept is good.. Developers did a lot of hard work.. just need to improve it more. So still 5 stars from me. Thank you!!
This is the most beautiful app I have ever seen. The details and look are amazing. But... I can not use it due to some problems. 1. Sync. I tried to backup to Google drive and import to another pie mobile. App says import ok, but nothing shows up or syncs. I tried rebootring, reset, everything, no luck. Could be a Google Drive problem? 2. I can not get 24 hour alarm, only 12 AM/PM. Maybe I have overlooked something somewhere? I vill try this app again later, but for now uninstalled. Still, the most thoughtful and beautiful app I have ever seen.
I love & rely on TASK NOTES for daily, use; yet there is a major reason that I have not upgraded to Pro. Lately, I've noticed that information is lost in saved notes - I made an income projection in a note to make up my budget two nights ago. When I returned to the note this morning, HALF of it was gone when I know for a fact that I did it to the end summary portion. Also, if you accidentallyclear a note & exit right after, the undo button cannot retrieve the lost data.. Pls look into!
Awesome, love this app! So many options to individualize reach each note, reminder, check list, shopping list! Everything from color to font to alarm. Each note, reminder or check list can be added to your home screen as a widget. For those of you like me that need a to do list to get through the day this can certainly help.
This is the best note taking & list making app! Previously, I had to use several apps to accomplish what I wanted. It's really nice to use just one. It's also easy to use; not complicated or confusing. I particularly like the emailing feature within the app. I paid for the no-ad version; well worth every penny and I use it daily. The developers are very helpful should assistance be needed. Highly recommended!
Most liked feature: the "read to me" icon so I don't have to read a list again multiple times, I can just keep listening. Kool feature to add: maybe continuous repeat for memorization skills or certain sections for reading back to me. Overall: pretty awesome, has met and even over exceeded expectations. This is definitely one of the best app currently available in Play store. Straight forward, user friendly & it possesses a cool, modern look. A small suggestion. There is a sort button but if toggle feature is added it will be easier to move the tasks accordingly. This will enhance this app even more. Hope this will be considered in future. As it has loads of features & as it surely delivers this app is highly recommended. All in all a worthy purchase. 👍👍

I am relieved and greatly happy ,to see what I wanted you have done especially for fonts colour , now give us selective full view of the notes means in full view mode we should be able to open any selected notes so that we can compare and cut paste in between them only and quickly , I hope you got my point
this app is the best note taking app. I searched throughout apps on Google play and when I downloaded this app I stopped searching. You can bold, italics, underline, and a lot more. After your done typing and editing you can save as a PDF and image as well as a text file. This app is the best note taking app, thank you for creating a good app.
I had a question about inserting a reminder in the notes. I can set a start time. I cannot set an end date. I went to their website for more answers. First, it's not a secure site. Secondly, it states this app/notes are secure. It gave an option to "Read More" about it. So I clicked the link 4X's. It redirected me every time to the top of the page. Obviously, NO further information was given about its "security". That tells me it's not secure. Beware when downloading it. I'm deleting it.
This is my favorite note app. I've tried about a hundred. So many (customizable) features. I love the new feature for adding individual list to home screen . Thanks for making the sticky note widget scrollable and fixing the adjustable widget text size. your support has been exceptional.
This note app has everything but the kitchen sink - Sooo many features! There's only 1 thing I would like to see changed: unless I'm missing something, the dark theme is applied to the entry backgrounds but not the main screen background and it looks bad. I'd actually like to see in a future update an amoled black theme which is not only attractive but very easy on the eyes. Regardless, kudos to the developer for such an amazing app & for your interest in reviewer's comments & concerns.
It is best than all rimender apps that I found and it is very useful for managing our doto task .it is very useful for those who are forgetting their things to do in right timefirst we are getting the settings and we can set alarm tone or reminder tone.so I highly recommend this app for everyone who are suffering about forgetting everything. The other feature is we can do anything or we can set everything by voice typing.
Great App with a lot of useful features, notes, reminders, lists, anything you need on a daily basis. Also, the dev team is really awesome, I had an issue and wrote them a mail. Within a few hours the problem was solved. 5* for the app and the customer service.
PLEASE make this for iPhone!!! Not sure of some things only because I have not checked. I have set up reminder, created notes, shopping lists and checklists, changed color for notes, font on some. I LOVE all the features I have used thus far. Thank you Developers for creating this app. Keep up your good work!
Nice ui in the app. Actually Just purchased it on instinct for the ui. I would like to see a screen shot which I would take in REMINDER ALARM. Would prove useful to store for eg a travel ticket or anything else booked. Alternatively, give more visual space to read copy paste in reminder/alarms Will use it more before I can give a better and honest review Features stated seem to be quite extensive and complete What happens when I change my device. Do I have to buy again' All the best
We really like this app. One thing we do is research items by simply collecting links. Really would be great if the app generated a preview of the site when Recieving the link (like Google Keep. (many times the link doesn't say exactly what the site is. Plus it looks so much nicer! Can this be supported?
It's got a lot, but missing basics like sorting list by date or alphabetically... 050422 Tried to find the option but it just was not there. There was an option to sort the main list of notes, but no option to sort the list themselves. Neither the shopping or regular list. I will email the developer with screen prints. I hope that option is added as otherwise this is wonderfully easy on the eyes and many features. TU Emailed and got a swift reply. They will fix it. :)
