I loved the UI and UX of the application. There is one thing I would want this application to include, which is to provide user with the option of sorting the task. The options might include date (latest to earliest and vice versa), alphabetical order, etc.
Best design and functionally in one. I've tried just about all of them out there and mesiter task is my go to for projects. A lot of thought went into making something this clean and beautifully designed on the surface and still offer advanced features.
Edit: Latest Android update broke tasks interface. Now I cannot move any task to the top except for the first and second tasks in a column. Powerful, intuitive and beautiful
I was recently introduced to MeisterTask and am so impressed with it. All the functionalities of WhatsApp and so much more. I feel so organised using it! No message or task ever gets lost anymore. So great to be able to discuss tasks so quickly and efficiently. Well done to the creators! 👏
Great task collaboration app, been using it for 2 years, some people who are not so familiar with technology get used to it in my team. I has good automation tools under tasks, synchronisation works great.
We were looking for something with an easy to use interface that didn't present as overly complicated. This ticked the boxes.
Love the app, just wish you could make a task recurring. The UI is easy to use and very colourful.
Great. Place to comprehensivelt list and cuatomize my tasks and ideas, and easily communicate them. Well done.
Very bad support. Try now since 2 month to get the support fixing a issue with my subscription without success. Support is working on closing reports but not on supplying solutions.
I have been using this app for several years at my job to coordinate group work and it has been a great help to get everyone organized. I also use it at home for my personal to-do list.
Best kanban system there is, stunningly beautiful, simple enough for first time user and rich in features for experienced users. The ability to automate is one of most useful features I have come across. The only thing I would ask for is a homescreen widget for the focus list
Nice UI supports multiple devices , however please make it easier to add the time instead of the default of 12:00
The best balance of simple visual interface with just enough flexibility and automation
Disappointed. I have used Meistertask for several years. A few months ago (January), the Outlook mobile integration stopped working. I used this feature frequently. I contacted support & was told they were aware of the issue & were working on it. It's nearing May now and it still isn't working. They are still touting Outlook mobile integration on their website, knowing it doesn't work. I'm ending my subscription. Trello offers the features I want, plus they offer a 75% discount for non-profits.
It's a pretty good app and it was really good to be able to import from Wunderlist after Microsoft destroyed that. But I have found the occasional time after moving a task between sections of a list, the original list gets stuck and won't allow you to scroll through to the bottom. Not being able to sort on the Android version (as far as I can tell), is also frustrating.
This app is great in that it has projects with subtasks and timers for those. Your tasks can have tags and priorities not to mention the great icons and color options. You can attach several file types. It would be great to see multiple timers available at once. Also, the cost for Pro is a little ridiculous. $10 a month when the only thing you're gaining is a stats and reports tab? A little too much.
Excellent program. Clean UI, and very easy to use. Perfect for the purposes of our usage. The only things I would want are: the option of a live project calendar that can individually link to projects/tasks, and the option to have the small internal calendars to start on Sunday. Also, a spellcheck function for all inputs. Good work developers, great product.
Meistertask allows me to plan my life and fills the holes in my memory. Its hard to imagine being without.
This app is sensational. Change the way we handle tasks at our startup. Everything has been better since using task meister. The ui is simple yet very efficient. Definitely the best task app out there.
Decent app. But, it is a task board app where you can only see one column at a time on mobile. :-/. This slows it down a lot. Have to drag cards between several screens. Also, moving cards to the done column does not complete them. You still have to edit > complete > archive . Too many steps, friction for mobile ux.
I really wanted to love this app. The backgrounds are lovely and the app is easy to use. Unfortunately, two things made me unsubscribe from the pro version and make me think about leaving the app: inability to see tasks in a calendar view; inability to hide or reorder the notification tab. If I have no notifications, it is an ugly icon and useless to see every time. I wish I could hide it, like on the desktop or make the "my tasks" come up first. I guess I am going to have to go back to Asana.
it's been year I am achieving my goals, and as far as I remember it's because of this service. The best and simplest kanban board I have seen. 2 3 more options I liked to see are : 1- Widget showing a section 2-shortcut to a project on home screen 3- ability to select multiple tasks and delete/move/tag them together. all the bests Developer team!
I really like the simplicity in this app. Perfect to create simple to do lists. It's really nice to combine meistertask with mindmeister to get things done. Can't deny its a little overwhelming to combine them at first, but after you understand how things works, it's just easy. Have to say that you may have to buy a plan if you have a lot of things to do, otherwise the free plan is just great.
Doesn't seem to work. "Create task" or "create project" button is always greyed out, not functional.
Love the app for communicating and keeping organized with our team.
Very clear interface, better than Google tasks even. Great work
Demands that you register/sign in even before getting a glimpse of the UI. No mention of a trial period. I'd sign in with Google to avoid handing over my email address, but then when would my Google account be charged? After a week? three days? immediately? The T&Cs don't say, and (from a scan-read) don't mention any refund policy. Even if the app works well, the very basics - such as recurring tasks, multiple checklists - are premium. At £8.25/month?! Some *great* task managers are £12/year.
