TaskEasy for Contractors

Something as basic as an option to edit or remove photos would save everyone a lot of stress and frustration. When you have to depend on Task Easy calling you back to resolve an issue, something that should be a quick fix becomes a stressful and drawn out process. They have no problem expressing the importance of getting the work done in a timely manner, yet have no sense of urgency in returning phone calls. Task not so Easy.

pictures upload poorly sometimes. I get complaints about blurry pictures however on my phone when they save are perfectly clear. it is affecting my rating from time to time and I would love to see this fixed. I also am unable to reschedule any tasks from the app it says task easy stopped responding EVERY time after the last update. fix this it is important

When your having trouble downloading pictures you can still move onto next job the pictures are still in your gallery they will either download when you get better reception or you can email them to taskeasy if neccessary i take alot of pictires of every property just in case a situation arises that more pictures are needed . Great Company to fill in your gaps when you have downtime , if you show them your reliable you will get many jobs sent to you.

I don't know how their prices are determined. But the average price in my area is $50 per lot. And the payout through them average is $25.00 breakdown between the front and back yard is $12.50 each. Which is crazy.... Since speaking out about it. I haven't received any jobs from them. I'm not sure if it by coincidence or if it's on purpose. But it seems a little strange......

run away as fast as you can... i wasted too much time explaining what my coverage area was repeatedly or that i was full & couldnt take on additional work without prior notice, they still added jobs to my preset schedule regardless & typically they were outta my coverage area... i just figured it out that they werent listening after telling them repeatedly for weeks the same thing... i quit providing services for them after getting screwed outta $$$

I been a high rating contractor for Task Easy for 3 years and I had an issue with a racist customer who once I reported the issue to Task Easy I was relieved with the drama. I'm happy to see that they had added back on Snow Removal Services which they should had never disconnected that part of the services. Hopefully they keep on working on customer issued for contractors.

communication is terrible.the phone people seem to try to help, 60% of the time the issues go to the way side, and still dealing with simple resolvable problems with taskeasy THE NEXT DAY .. only to find out the problem has not been addressed and its like you talked to no one. seems like there not communicating within departments, allways have a troublesome time finding my account. these things take up my time, which is usually time that on the job ''MY JOB.''

I have been with T.E for 2 seasons now .Excelent support team.never no problems . some jobs are too low paying.And some pay good .they are flexiable with when you do them.i suggest to take a few extra pictures for youre self incase they try and say some work wasnt done .use to be paid in 2 to 3 days now it switched to every 2 weeks. I give it a 5star rateing and look to keep working for them

Worked with this app for almost Two weeks now and nothing but good things happening. David Sanchez is so helpful for a new contractor always answers my questions and always calls me back when needed. Very helpful support has really helped my business.

Horrible. Withheld money without notifying me. Taken money without my knowledge. I've been with them a few yrs had a few money issues but the last one tick the cake. I'm done! All lawn care service be advised. STAY AWAY!

It's good..Need to take a ton of pictures though per job. They pay every 3-5 days like clock work...They correspond with you and give opportunities for us as contractors to offer a more accurate price for certain jobs and bid on extra work that can be done on the property.... I have NO complaints ... If the app freezes just delete it and reinstall it'll work... Do not be discouraged by other people understanding ... You'll miss out on nice money...I love the ping of my PayPal emails .... Trust me it's worth it... You'll make as much as you put into it... Truly yours Saleem Weed whacker lawncare services

they make you pay for insurance you cant use. I broke a window for the first time in four years. So i figure im goin to use the insurance that i pay for, for every job. Wrong they sent me a email saying i have to pay for it out of my own pocket. My question is what is the point of the insurance policy if i have to come out of pocket 100 percent. Basically they scam me out of my money every job an do not pay for anything. So what are they doing with the money they take for insurance?

I've been with Task Easy a few years and have gotten some great jobs. We need more apps like this. Genious idea

hands sown the worst lead generation website.. They try to auto assign jobs 20 miles outside your coverage area without even asking. on top of that they pay $20. unless your really desperate or new to the business, STAY AWAY. This company is a complete joke

This company promises a $10 bonus and never delivers. Spoke to the CEO he said he would have someone get back to me and never did. CEO also said on webinar they pay faster than any other company which is a lie. Lawnstarter is way better and pay the Wednesday following service. I spent all the time required to sign up, paid the extra money to get the rider on my insurance. Took a year to begin sending jobs.

app freezes from time to time but other than that its awesome and easy to use.

it won't let you sign in. it's always saying oops. You have to uninstall and reinstall quite a lot.

Ive been with Task Easy for several years and have been very pleased with the app and the company.

downloaded this app 5 times already, and still unable to get access to my schedule or work load.

They pay less than market value then take $5 for insurance per cut. they send me out to yard with 5 plus feet tall grass. contact customer support, they ask to send pics. I do. wait hour for customer approval for more funds. I then leave because I have a business to run. they call back 3 hours later and tell me they need pic of house number to contact customer. what.... I waited an hour and no one contacted customer. now they want me to drive 20 minutes for a pic. wasted my time and fuel

My company service a schedule property after talk to customer service and they said they didn't have it on their schedule on their end so I couldn't get paid total rip-off

Haven't received not one job in over 6 months.. left several messages to support group and still waiting for reply... horrible

Great app for independent contractor's who want to grow there business and clientele..

We have been working with task easy from 2014, everything solid from day one. The staff is Great, Colby, Mari, Nova and the rest of the crew are rock solid. Pay is fair to what is being paid in the industry, They pay the fastest of any other company we contract for. I mean what other company does the CEO take time to meet with contractors and the stuff you bring up to him actually gets fixed? Go Task easy. Ready for Season 2019' Tgtmiamicorp.
