Very clean and simple app to show running processes. Especially usefull now that Google goes out of their way to hide the running processes in settings. The only feature I would like to see added is the amount of memory used for each individual process in the running processes list.

An excellent, light-weight, FREE app with no ads or extraneous permission requirements; unfortunately, in an act of pure greed, Google has ended this apps functionality from Android Oreo. Without this app, and others like it, Google cannot be prevented from bogging down your Android system in order to trick you into replacing your device. I think I'll replace my operating system instead. Thank you, ByteHamster, for what once was an extremely invaluable app.

I am shocked by the number of apps which activate themselves without notifying me. This program allows me to be aware of this secretive activity. Generally, as I find an app that becomes active without my permission, I simply uninstall it and look for a non invasive alternative.

Can do everything I'd expect from it: lists processes, can kill them individually and all at the same time, whitelist, and even has a home screen shortcut. It does need root access though because Google is being overprotective.

this app does not do anything by itself and is just a filter on running processes which links you to the out-of-the-box settings menu. also offers no data as to if a running process is even slowing your pc down despite the app icon being a pie chart.

Doesn't work anymore. You open the app and you get message straight from the dev saying it only works on rooted devices. How about putting that in the app description so people don't waste their time and data installing your app.

Does exactly what it is supposed to, closes apps and shows what is running. No gimmicks. Exactly as advertised. A task manager for android.

Great app. I'm unclear on why the app can't retrieve running apps though. I use other similar apps that have no special access or permissions that are able to. Still useful for my older devices. Edit: Figured that out. Too bad.

Thanks devs, this has become my best friend to help manage running processes and clear those that misbehave. This has not only saved memory, but has also improved my device's overall performance.

I find ot useful to see with this app what apps are running, apart from system apps. It is not effective in stopping apps, as Android does not allow this now it seems. Sigh!

I'm not clear whether this app caused my important apps to close prematurely. Various important apps including my banking app refused to start I had to do a factory restore and remove this app to regain control. With this app removed, my other ones now work again which may not be a coincidence!

I've been using this app for ages. It's fast, uncomplicated, configurable, free of charge and free of advertising. Recommend :-)

This app helped me a for over 3 years. My old Motorola G3 couldn't handle my stuff and it worked perfectly fine. It's a great app. Sadly it isn't working on my new Phone due to Android Oreo, but I highly recommend that app to everyone who can still use it!

The app icon shows a pie chart while the app doesn't tell how much memory each process consumes. Other than that is great.

Very easy to end tasks that might slow my phone down. Ads aren't intrusive and it's very uncomplicated to use.

My man....your app is awesome...this app really effective for cleaning ram of my phone....also this app has various of theme and the most best theme is black....great job...and thank you for not to include ads in this app.....and most importantly this app doesn't take a lot of space on my phone...that the best feature of this app

It's a shame google killing android features in every new version of Android. As a developer i face it too they took many things developer's could do and they saying its for security. But they don't know android was amazing because of many features and flexibility that was given to developer's. But unfortunately they are killing it. Thanks alot to developer of this app for reporting what they are doing.

Yes, it is one of the best among its kind, unfortunately, can't use in Oreo. Wish you could make an upgrade for Android 8.0 and above. Even if i can't now, i'll give it 5 for its proficiency for lower version.

good app to have on any phone,does what it should do,easy to close running apps at background,and its ad free,hope it stays like these always,without any tampering for profit, good job to the developer

I'm not sure but i guess this app helps me get rid of everything that makes apps run sluggish, so my phone got smooth scrolling and swiping after killing background tasks 👌👍

fantastic app. only one out of all these contendenders /pretenders that is truly doing what it should - fast, clear and easy ... no add nonsense also ennobles :)

It has not changed, it always works, including older versions of android you may be with, at any time.
