Latest update doesn't edit consistently. Following edit procedures is only successful about 25% of time. Rest of time it reverts to previous information. Have restarted phone, checked settings and reviewed editting instructions, with no improvement. Also features one touch delete for tasks, without recovery. Accidently touch complete check box and task is gone. This feature can not be disabled.

Missing key features - like the others. I really need a to do / task app that includes the dates/time fields. One for scheduled start, one for due date, and one for date completed. Being able to edit the font on the list such as adding strikethrough to visually show task completed or cancelled would be awesome. Yet we only get a due date. That said, three stars for connectivity within the Hub and that almost every other ad-free app also lacks these features. It's a big miss, IMHO.

I tried sending this to the support email, but apparently it is no longer monitored... I've just installed the latest version of Tasks with the new UI. I've noticed that when setting a due date or a reminder, the days of the week are no longer displayed above the date selector, as it used to be and still is in the Calendar app. Is this a bug that can be fixed please?

Pretty good app that supports repetitive tasks with ability to type rich text. I generally add mini tasks by using checkboxes. The nuisance I have that if you got Hotmail / exchange account, it always defaults the task to use that instead of local. A setting to use default would be nice. Also if we can add support for Google Tasks, then it'll be perfect.

I miss the Remember app from the BlackBerry system. You could create folders for each task group and have them colored and named as you wanted. You could also attached media to them like photos, video and voice notes. It allowed you to select multiple tasks quickly for deletion. This app for tasks on blackberry is more awkward and less flexible. Did I say I miss the Remember app from the previous blackberry system? Additional notes - can't see tags or notes in All Tasks view - can't seem to link with Gmail

mediocre task app: 1) I wish I could drag and drop tasks into order, rather than jigging the due time and priority level to finetune the order of tasks. 2) I wish to see more of the list at once, but the items are spaced so far appart. On a 6" phone screen, only shows 6.5 tasks at one time! 3) The note portion doesn't hold original formatting and spacing when info is copy/paste from an email. 4) Option for task due date/time to show in calendar or other apps (peek, etc) 5) no folders!?

I loved this app so much, love how it ties all forms of communication: email, phone calls, text messages, whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, etc into one simple, user friendly app. No longer do I have to search in multiple emails looking for a specific email, just open BlackBerry Hub and you will locate your email by searching all services at once. I love this app

Passwords are a nightmare. Otherwise excellent

Functionality has taken a poor turn since the last update. Notification settings are now absent, yet pushing notifications to the home screen or hub was a valuable feature. Forcing the user to scroll to the top of the list before the edit/add button is exposed is also poor UI design. Update: uninstalled in favor of Google Calendar whose reminder notifications work, plus my attempts to obtain consumer-level app support from BB were disappointing.

My issue: BB Tasks and Notes don't sync with Google Tasks & Keep. Please add this feature in a future update!! After retiring my Q10 and using my PRIV for years until I broke it while traveling, I had to grab a cheapy unlocked android at BBuy. I pay for the BB Hub+ apps and in general they're great! (nuts to the ads! These are totally worth paying for.)

I use this app exclusively on my key 1. On this new Android it doesn't allow push reminders to the phone?

BB contact form requires device ID which doesn't accept Android format, essentially unable to give feedback despite having a Google pay ID. BAD!

Perfectly good app ruined with this update. You cannot select or change reply to, cc or bcc. When you try to reply to an email, you cannot chanhe the subject line or the To, Cc or Bcc of the reply. The entire upper portion of the email is cut off or just comes and disappears. Why tinker with a perfectly good app which was a lifeline for doing all your emailing from several accounts using your phone. I have a Blackberry KeyOne.

Very poor. You would think Blackberry would improve on an already pretty good little task organizer in BB OS 10, nope ! This isn't even close. This doesn't qualify as a good to do list. All my tasks were migrated from my old app but try and find them let alone organize them. Hopeless. I like my Blackberry Priv but the Android version of Tasks and Hub are poor immitatations of their former selves in BB10. Shame.

Normally this is five stars for me. But all of a sudden have not been able to mark tasks complete. Cant use the app anymore. I really rely on it to keep my head straight! What's going on?? Update. Sadly just got worse!! Tasks disappear into thin air air. I miss paying my bills? What in the world?

The newest update to this app is awesome. Really one of the most usable task apps Ive ever tried. I love that you can schedule tasks, have them repeat, comment on them and organize them by tags. I love that it displays upcoming tasks. All around some great improvements.

Not much better than a paper list because it does not show in the calendar. One full year since this earlier review, and this app is still a clunker. Please give us back the real BlackBerry task app! Summer 2021, still a real clunker!

Still broken. Thought I would try this app again as I still haven't found a solid app for exchange tasks on Android, bit this is still refusing to sync my existing tasks. New tasks sync avsolutely fine, but what's already there never makes appears. If I could givw this 0 stars for complete non-functionality I would.

the new design does not seem very convenient. i particular, this is ridiculous that i need to scroll up to be able to compose a new message, sort the old ones and use search. I want to be able to do these like before in one click.

Cannot sync with Google Tasks so tasks are local on phone and cannot see in Google calendar. Syncs with old mammoth corporate softwares only. After three BlackBerry phones and years with BlackBerry now I have finally left BlackBerry, forever and switched to pure Google Pixel Android. I am fed up with using an overpriced bit mediocre hardware, platform and being on the slowest wagon...

I don't know why, but each time I use the app, most of the check list entries I write, get delete by magic! I don't even finish to write one list, when I realized that there's missing data in it. It's getting frustrading!

Clean, intuitive and organized! I love the simplicity and efficiency of this app - hard to beat in my mind. the new re-design is efficient and is a breeze to use! Thank you Blackberry!

This is very primitive. It syncs with Outlook (sort of) with hardly any ability to filter or format -- or pretty much anything. Pretty useless.

Not as good as BB10 remember app. Very frustrating that it does not have a way to sort reminders by last modified date... that was a huge win for users that you need to add back.

I moved from BB phone to the Note, but wanted to keep the BlackBerry experience with Tasks. It would be great if the data could be exported to Excel.

could be better, the task bar should always stay put and when you delete a task the undo delete bubble block alot of the screen and stops you from being able to reply or delete another as the window stays there for 30 seconds or so
