Tasks: Todo list, Task List, Reminder

Actually It's 4.5 .. I wish I could change the settings for each list not all the same settings. What I mean is that some tasks I need to achieve in time so in the list I need the setting to show the time and date, similarly in persistent notification and save recurring history. Also If it is a repetitive task next day I wanted the app to show me the date of the day even If didn't achieve the task in the previous day.

hi, i'm a premium user and i'm surprised we can't reorganize the tags' order. unless i missed something? also i wish there was another "note" field that would not appear on the overall tasks view, for longer annotations (while keeping the one that you can see). other than that, this app is absolutely perfect, thank you !!

Easy to use, love the sub list function. Since using this app I have become more organised and less stressed. I have a thought for a creative task or an idea for Christmas or something I need to do i just add it to the folder. Instead of thinking of all the things I need to do it helps that i can have sub categories. Loving this app.

I rarely rate apps, but this one is awesome. I use it all the time, for anything. If I may give feedback for improvement, I'd say it could use more useful widgets such as a calendar (Tasks' calendar is visible only when opening the app and as I note everything here I would appreciate a widget for me to see everything at a glance without opening the app) and I would like to be able to choose a List and it's sublist tabs to display as a widget rather than the sublist only. Keep up working! ~~

Closest app to what I was looking, missing some small details to be perfect: -The ability to have a more compact task list display option for the widget (just like the Confort / Cosy / Compact in the app). -The ability to choose a sound to be played when a task is clicked (becomes addictive and helps with boring daily tasks) I will happily give a 5 star review for this app as soon as those are integrated. really enjoy the simple design of the app. I would lovee to be able to see all of my lists on the widget though. edit: figured it out, just got to create a filtered list. maybe it's a language issue (english is not my mothertongue), but it was not obvious at all what a "filtered list" was supposed to be. 😉 Additionally I love that the devs answer every single review, that's awesome 👍

I adore this app. Being able to sort and add lists of tasks is so so helpful. The interface and colouring is super intuitive and easy to see. The widgets for the home screen can be changed in size and can be edited super easily, much better than previous to do apps I've used. It's all free with no ads. The premium version isn't super expensive, but unless you're really going for super organised everywhere, you don't need to buy it. You can have sub-tasks and repeating tasks. It's so so helpful!

I absolutely love this app. I've only been using it for a day, but have sorted my life into various lists and feel more organised than I have for a long time. I've never before found anything electronic that beats using paper and pen, usually too time consuming to enter, too faffy, not as immediately visually accessible, not able to be altered, but this is perfect. Love the way list items can be rearranged so quickly. Perfect for those who like an app to be as quick as picking up a pen!

I've been trying so many 'To Do List' apps over the years and I really wish I'd found this one sooner! It is by far the best, most intuitive and streamlined app (and so pretty too!) One tiny thing I would love to see... I have a repeat task set every day and I'd love if when I 'complete' the task for today, if it would display tomorrow's occurrence in the list automatically. At the moment, I have to 'un-check' today's completed task to get it to show tomorrow's one. Hope that makes sense!

I'm new to electronic "to do" lists, and just wanted something really simple. This does the job, even though it is also capable of much more than what I need. I'll take exception with one statement in the description, that the data is encrypted *everywhere*. The backup file tasks_backup.json is not encrypted, so the description should probably mention that. I also found it amusing that you can create the backup file for free, but you cannot restore from the backup file for free! But no big deal.

Easy to use keeps my daily, weekly and monthly tasks organized. The only downside (1st world problems) is the checked items stay in placed I wish they dropped to the bottom of the list but still be visible, as it would help with remembering repetitive task like groceries etc. Anyway I still will give it 5 starts because that recommendation is more of a personal opinion than a technical issue.

satisfied so far. want to look into how this works across devices (PC, phone, tablet). Update: I definitely like this app real well, but not well enough to pay for syncing across devices when I can do that elsewhere for free. I definitely like the interface. I don't need all of the functionality, so I can't speak to that. Easy to use for what I need it for. Four stars only for the syncing issue.

It's so very customizable and useful! I love being able to set any tags I want (WELL worth the reasonable subscription price!) and organize tasks and sub tasks or lists any way that I want. It's easy to use and quite functional. I'm just starting out with it, but already feel it's going to be my go-to for just about everything. It's better than all other task managers I've tried over the years. I'm also happy to see it's actively supported and continually improving. Well done!!

I love this app, it has been my home screen widget on my phone for the last 6 years and ive never had a problem with the app. I like how you can add notes to the tasks, I also like how the widget is interactive, you can scroll through and select tasks to easily edit them. Its quicker than pen and paper! Whenever im on the phone i can quickly open the app and start taking notes! 11 out of 10 and a superstar in my book, thankyou for this app! My life has never been more organized

I have had this product for the past several months and I do not know how I ever did without it. Before this app all list were maintained in an excel file. I would occasionally replicate that file from my computer to my other devices, ie. phone and tablet. I got a replacement computer system and Excel was not readily available at that time to load onto my new system. So I went looking for a list manager for my Android phone. Once I stumbled across this list keeper I no longer refer to my excel file. I maintain multiple list here and refer to then many time daily. This process is very easy to utilize. There is one item I would like to see incorporated into this package and that is the ability to import data from an external source. The ability to read a CSV file would be a good start. I will report back as I move forward.

Everything I've ever wanted in a to-do list! The ability to reorder items, nested items, items with due date alarms, multi line to-dos, quick add multiple separate to-dos... SO MUCH CUSTOMIZATION. I love having the widget on my home screen with my shopping list. I can scroll thru my items, see what I've already added, and add new things right from my home screen! It's a dream come true app.

After 3 days, so far so good! 2 minor suggestions I'd make: on the desktop app times are shown as military. Wish I could change that. Also, on the list view it would be a good add to include the day of the week in addition to calendar date. Otherwise I really like the interface - very intuitive.

After trying the free version it was obvious the app had what I needed and I upgraded to Premium, which turned out to be a great idea. I particularly needed a task app that could sync easily between phone and chromebook. It did this well until I encountered a sync problem. With the developer's help, Steve, we diagognosed it to be the VPN. After whitelisting the app and with Steve's availability and willingness to be there for guidance, I am now syncing A-OK! Great app and quick developer help!

Love this app. I've been using this for a year now. It provides various options to tag and display items. Best feature is the widget where I can set only the most important/ relevant items from various lists to display in one list. Options for each list allow me to configure different methods - a simple shopping list, appointments, or an archive of valuable tips - such a great resource.

Excellent task app! I've been on the hunt for one that fits ALL my specifications and this one comes closest. Pleasant interface, loads of customization options (extremely important to me!), easy to navigate, and easy to use. Thank you!!

Amazing, love that it can do reminders, alarms and repeat these according to your choice of days, weeks, months etc. Also great to be able to delete completed tasks... I had as previous app that could not delete individual items from a list! Colour coding makes it easier to distinguish between lists as well.

Love how I can add do my calender. It also has a reminder with sound and vibrate. A big deal for me. I would like to see being able to do real time sharing where the other person can also add to a list you've allowed sharing with. UPDATE: of the many list apps this is the best one. Thank you Steve for replying to my review. I can't wait for the list sharing.

Great! This is a great app to use for list. I'm definitely going to buy the pro version. I love that you can check off your tasks from the widget without having to go back into the actual app. Great list maker! Keep up the good work! March 2022 Still using this as my list maker and still loving it. I love that you can make a backup and reinstall it on a new phone and start right back where you left off. I did buy the pro version but free version is very functional as well.

Great app! Love it!! Super easy to use and navigate; visually easy to read. Little functions like the Filtered List and Calendar perfect for seeing what is due at a glance. Widget is perfect and customisable. Would like option to manually enter date completed as sometimes I need to backdate. I prefer the task to not automatically "complete" if all the subtasks are checked (edit: I just read that app already has this function). I'd like option to not see subtasks in the widget. 👍

Was searching for a task manager app since a long time. Being a student, it's really hard to get an app with all the features you need without practically emptying your pocket. Have seen many apps with great features, but none till date which gave all of them for free! This one is definitely going to be my number one recommendation for anyone who needs a task manager app Really appreciate your work man! (And umm.. How about adding the calendar as a home screen widget , displaying all tasks?)
