Ordered a product for the first time from this app and yet to recieve the product, it's been more than a week from the estimated delivery date. Worst experience on my first order itself and I'm uninstalling this app right away. Also, your courier partner Ecom Express is the worst logistic provider in this planet, first get rid off them to improve your service.
Third class response from team and customer care. I purchased a pair of shoes and there were a size issue. It's been one month now and nobody is coming to pick up those shoes and my money is totally wasted. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this app. Worst experience. I would rate zero if possible.
Very poor user interface. Unable to login inspite of entering the correct OTP, it keeps on prompting for OTP and it won't allow to enter the OTP. Also when registering or login, the mobile number isn't displayed completely, so that the user can verify that the mobile number entered doesn't have any typos etc. Tried multiple times to register, but couldn't. Didn't expect such horrible interface from an app developed by TATAs.
Never purchase products fromthis website. Even if you do, don't opt for thise ailly neu coins in the checkout for discount. That discount doesn't appear in the final invoice, which doesn't make it possible for claim settlements. Fraudulent billing system.
This app needs a lot of improvement. I already wasted so much time in returning previous tshirt over the size issue and confusing size guide. I am gonna keep the one I have ordered now since it is somewhat fitting. But in description it says "regular fit" and I recieved "slim fit". App description is both confusing and wrong.
They dispatched wrong item, but when they refund the amount they didn't refund delivery charge that was also charged while placing order. Also I am unable to use the promo code that was earned and used by me while placing the order. Who is responsible for this type of loss????
Not happy with the updates my package has been delivered to me yet the app is showing as not delivered and because of this I'm unable to return the item which has some size issue also support team not helpful much and the delivery partner blue dart has still not updated them that the package was delivered. This typically shows lots of improvement required in built app and support as well as delivery partner teams.
The first order I received from tata cliq was an empty box(instead of earphones). Their customer service ensured me my package will be exchanged but they didn't do anything for a week and marked the issue resolved. When I contacted them back they said they could not contact me so they marked the issue resolved. This is the worst service ever. Now the issue is reopen but now they say the images are not clear. I sent the images again. I'm never going to shop again on this site.
I finally received my product and I have shopped from a number of online stores. I only ever shop online and I will be honest: the way my shipment was packed, I could see the care and thought put into only one single product; it was but a lipstick! The packaging was thorough, like there was no chance anything could get damaged. And super aesthetic too! This made my day. Thank you so much! I look forward to making more memories like this. ^^
Worst Experience Ever. I had issues with my login credentials so I got advised from support team to delete the account which is possible by them. When I said to go ahead, they deactivated my account and when I try to signup it keeps saying deactivated. Following which when I called them, I was been told I cannot reuse the same mobile number. Things which were bought from this platform were always on enterprise and corporate purchases. Support team has zero knowledge.
I had a very worst experience with Tatacliq service. Recently I have ordered a Hisense TV and it was delivered with damage so I requested for return and refund but these guys are taking too much of time to pickup the product and do the refund. When we check with customer service they are always saying it takes 3 more day like that. I would suggest please don't buy any products from tatacliq.
For some weird reason, the app was not saving my address, informed the customer care to fix the issue, after several attempts I was able to connect with them, a complaint was raised and they said they will connect within 1-2 days. It's been a week and there was no response on the matter.
The deal they show is better but once the order is placed their delivery is pathetic. I placed an order keeping in mind the brand tata but once the order was placed there is no update first they give you the date and then you start getting messages sorry for the inconveniences we will try to find out where the product is and when can it be delivered....don't trust you can get more or less same deal on Amazon but at least their delivery is absolutely perfect
Just add one option of exchange, it would much easier for a company as well for customers, (for example, I have purchased one article and want to exchange with size so the company can deliver and pick up in one go. So the company doesn't have to pay extra to the courier company.
Very bad experience. First time I had ordered for a product but they c'ld n't deliver it. Their customer support kept calling quite few times saying due to address issues they c'ld n't deliver whereas on every call I re-repeated the address & assured to deliver in a day or two but failed to do so. Only to find later that the product has been returned to the seller. On app there wasn't any update on the status. Due to app's delayed update I c'ld n't re-order bcz the product was out of stock.
There is huge improvement in the app and the products n discounts offered. After using the app to purchase twice, I have changed my rating to Poor. Though one of indias best business houses is backing this app, there is no professionalism at the back end. My first order was for a coffee maker - I got a yogurt maker instead. There is no option for replacement, only refund. 2nd order is getting delayed Cliq lacks service and professionalism Will stick to Amazon
My first order with this app will be my last order. Other ecommerce are far more better than you. I just wanted to return a product which I forgot to cancel, but you guys didn't helped. Please try making some policies in customer's favor. If a item is seal pack and unused you should give an exception. A one time gesture can build a trust and long term customer. If you will trust your customer once, they will come back to you always.
Worst app.. if sometimes a good coupon code is applied with heavy discount. They just simply cancel our product saying it's is out of stock even though I received the msg of it getting shipped. Why do you guys waste our time if you are just going to cancel. You should be doing a replacement for that particular order
Whenever I search any product and tap on it, it says "Oops!This page needs some finishing touches" Everytime. Like 3-4 months have been passed and the issue still persists. Please fix it as soon as possible.
I have heard of this store and I thought to check it out. First of all I tried to register on the app with my phone number. Once it was done, the app chose to take the first email that was configured in my phone rather than asking me which one do i want to use. Then when I tried to change it, it is not allowing me to modify my mail address or my phone number. There is a number given for grievances and when i called them, they are telling they can't help me and told will have to disable account.
Good offers are available but UI is not as easy as ABCD its taking some 15 to 30 seconds to load based on premium networks. You need to work on user interface refresh. Sorting and filtering is good.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS APP. I had received a defective product so I tried to return it. After filling up the return form and uploading all images of the invoice and the product it stated "The product cannot be returned" . I tried different pin code addresses but neither of them worked. This is nothing more than a scam. How can a product be delivered to the same address but cannot be returned from it. SERIOUSLY ?
One of the worst shoping app. Poor site navigation. Took lots of time to load any page .Further company's policies are also very bad. Mostly defactive product delivered and after you can't return it. They will took at least one months to provide any clear resolution. Fed up with service.
Have an account on tata cliq, got logged out of it due to phone change, now not able to login at all, very bad experience. First place asks for phone send OTP, read the OTP and shows message to use email, email provided, OTP for mail given asks for adding phone and on giving phone keep on showing invalid number.
The additional diagnosis for phone exchange doesn't work. After the vibration motor test, the app crashes. Raised a complaint on customer support, every time a different person called back and asked the issue again and again. Still no resolution. By the time they called last time, the offer on the phone I wanted was gone. But they had no fix. The only solutions they had were clean cache, reinstall, uninstall and then install after 6 hours. Pathetic experience!!!!
