Complaint for power failure dues not work from the app. Throws error and asked to try again several times but still never worked. Same with the chat functionality. Poor rating is for that as this functionality didn't work when required.
Can't login. Same credentials allow login on website. But this app won't allow login!! And says I've entered wrong credentials!!??? Tried new registration through app, but it shows an error and to try again later. Please help!!!
Unable to register a power failure complaint which used to be a very basic and useful feature of this app. The app is throwing an error saying Unable to register a complaint. Please try again later. Shall we try after the power supply is restored??? Pathetic!!!
Too slow. If you go back from one page, it closes. I am expecting good updates soon. The older version looked basic but worked better and much faster. Find a better app maker please if this one cant be improved. We expect a properly working app from a Tata company.
Worlds Worst App Ever. Do not use this App. Though Your Consumer ID and Password you entered in contact way still it showing every time as error. When you go to the directly on the Tata Power Mumbai login site it will open immediately. It Means it's World's Worst App Ever. Its not good for giving One Star also but app have not permitted us to give less than one star.
not able to make payment through Tata power app. The app doesn't display the latest bill due for payment. It shows no dues pending, when in fact the bill is due for payment. Hence, cannot make payment. Have to make through other apps
Most of the time giving error. Since last 4-5 months could not login due to error. but same is accessible throw browser. This really hopeless app.
The App has worked brilliantky so far..but since the last two days it doesn't load,even after re-opening the app. Request your team to look into this.
Lot of bugs in this app. Won't show last bill amount, outstanding amount and system can't Fetch required details also payment gateway is not user friendly at all. For a reputed company like Tata this app is not upto the standards. Serious improvements needed. Push updates only after testing all functions throughly.
Poor, poor app. I am unable to register and it does not provide any reason whatsoever. Also requires vague permissions and crashes randomly! Real poor development and testing of the software. Unexpected of TATA.
Could not open. For some some reason asks permission for phone calls and then goes into a indefinite loop. Tried twice. Am uninstalling.
Kindly check your Application before launching. It doesn't allow to register, can't type the details required as it flickers and jumps up and down. Horrible Application
I change my mobile phones always. when ever i have a new device, I install this app. but now it doesn't work in my new phone. although I deleted the previous device app. but still It showing the previous devices. now I m unable to use the app.
After quite a long time and the problem with the app is now resolved. It now allows you to do all your required activities as earlier. A very nice UI that makes it a good user experience. In all a Great App!
It was good but now a days not working properly. Payment r not updated up to date. Difficult to pay security deposit as not showing the amount etc. Improve it

Terrible App. Difficult to use. Made payment using this app and received 3 different messages. Payment received. Then not received. Then received. Now I don't know. Terrible.
Features and performance of app is very disappointing. Basic feature of billing and detail are not present even we can't reset our password without support.
Very poor. Does not open. And this is the new one. The earlier one at least opened but you could not pay Bill's on the app.
since the time I have downloaded the power reward app the tata power has stopped working. I cannot view my due amount, I have raised a ticket with customer service, tata power app team please help as I will have to pay late payment fee due to app problems
Now a days it is not showing the due amount as well bills details.. Not sure what is the issue... I cannot pay the bill through application.. Pls fix it.. Thanks
Unable to create new user registration as it says user information request failed but when I make payments using same credentials it goes smoothly. need to fix the bugs.
App not working properly now and not even operate in apps, So this Tata power app uninstalled the app,even since not updated this app developer not upgrading now. Still same issue loading problem after input consumer no and password.
never works... always shows no dues... says "sorry for inconvenience try again later" on each option clicked... my bills my payments.. pathetic app
I always use this apps to pay my bill. But this Jan 2019 my bill was not showing in app. So that I visited CP tata power website. From there I have paid my bill. Please do somthing to update bill in apps. I like this apps so much☺️☺️
Pathetic app. Always gives message. Sorry for the inconvenience, try again. Most of the time app doesn't work well.
App should be user freindly. Worst ever app. Never shows bill outstanding. If paid the money is never updated against consumer number. Lost money many times
Very bad app to make online payment. app gets hanged in every another minute. you need to exit and again enter the app everytime. Also there is no option to update your profile details such as change of phone no. etc.. Upon calling the customer care still it doesn't reflects on the app. there should be some option for editing personal details on profile
