One of those many Apps which never functions the way its meant to be. The Payment gateway does not have an option to save cards or remember the last payment methods (standard feature in almost all similar apps). Opening the app, will open the "Manage Numbers" screen irrespective of whether you have registered your numbers or not and pop up an error "This number is already registered". Then somehow you hunt out the Billing page and make payment and halfway your app hangs. Pathetic is the mildest
It doesnt deserve even 1 star. The worst app in the history of apps. 1st for every use it wants us to register the number and asks for an OTP which takes ages to come. After u have registered the number and go to payment options, it asks u select a payment option. Once you have selected the option and continue, it just crashes and we have to start all over again. I guess the Tata Tele Services guys are not as good as they should be. Even after so many worst reviews, nothing done to improve.
The app is absolutely useless and cannot be used for anything. The only screen accessible is to select an account number. There is no option to pay bills. It seems easier to change the internet service provider than to contact customer support.
crashes every now and then, majorly when I try to pay the bill and select payment option. No option to change the plan through app. Totally useless if you are not able to do the major two requirements out of it.
Very Bad Experience! I tried to access my old tata docomo app (which was working fine for me) and it asked me to install a new one . Every time this NEW App asks to add my broadband number. And once added, I get 7-8 other unknown numbers for broadband and landline connected to my account, and I am able to view their plan, service details, and i even have an option to "Pay their bills"!!! I am not even able to see my service request raised in the older app.
The numbers that i add in the app get deleted automatically. Moreover, some numbers that are not mine keep showing up. Earlier, there was option of online payment but now there is not. Very difficult to pay bills.
Worst app. Doesn't make sense to have this app. The only use I see of this to view the bill. We cannot even pay the bill, neither can we contact helpdesk or make changes.. nothing. Just view your bill. Waste of time and space on phone.
Pathetic app..I emailed support for booster pack. Further told me to launch app and raise request. If I had enough bandwidth I would have done for sure. Lastly to add to the agony the app doesnt let you select option via dropdown. Wo stuck in endless loop. Impossible service.
This is the worst app in the history of apps, it doesn't recognise it's own OTP half the time, sometimes logs me into someone else's account, and I'm sure someone else gets log into mine. Please delete this from playstore. There's no point keeping this unsecure mess around.
Worst app i have ever experienced. My internet connection has been down for the last 3 days now. Deapite several attempts to raise complaint, ibhave mot beem able to do it. When registering a complaint: first attempt - "sorry, something went wrong and your compaint did not get regiatered"; second attempt - "Succeasfully registered. Please check your mail". And when you check your mail box, you really can't trace it.
Looks like someone has tried really hard to make a poor app. Even basics like dropdown menu for mandatory field is not working. Clearly the management is least bothered. There are so many negative reviews yet no response/resolution.
Needs a lot of refurbishment... It was better earlier. I had uninstalled and installed the app on 13.09. The data usage history is freeze on that date. No update even after refreshing multiple times... Also it crashes frequently...
This app gives error when tried to pay via netbankin credit card also when I raise a complaint. This app is showing me 3 other connections with all their details in my profile. They were automatically added when I logged in to app and the app did not allow to add my own connetion with wrong otp error(though correct). I can not login from compter as well. So, there is no way to know comsumption and pay bill. Tata brand has good reputation. This Tata division is working very hard to ruin it.
Most useless app, one does not have the provision to check data balance nor the speed of the broadband connection. Additionally, add on data pack taken is also not reflected in the app.
Worst app experience. It keeps crashing after android 11 update. It seems tata tele doesn't want to do/expand business anymore. Unhappy. Disappointed. Frustrated. Looking for an option to switch
Never gives me a updated data...most of the time it does not run giving useless/ unfriendly error messages. I have been trying to pay my bill since 15-20 days via upi method, same error every time. Emailed customer care with no resolution for this issue...
The app is crashing all the time on Android 11 version. While it was working on Android 10 it was not showing up to date data usage and also making the payment via app is a difficult task as the payment gateway does not work.
Useless app. You can do nothing other than see your plan details and your broadband number. If plans is on monthly basis then what is the use of showing the uses data since installation. You can not get montly data.
This app is so slow and sluggish. And now it's not working.. you have open and kill the app so any times to get it working. App is as bad as their service. Wish I could give zero star. The compliant feature does not work.
Worst payment app. No proper details and history is shown. Everytime I have enter my broadband number and details to login. Always hang if try to pay bill. Never ever successfully completed billing payment by this app.
This is unbelievable. The app simple doesn't work on Android 11 and refuses to open. Tata guys are sleeping and have forgotten to update their app. On Android 10, it was a bare skeleton app with very few functions. There is no option to buy add on packs. No place to see options to choose among the different data packs. It doesn't show bills already paid. I have raised several help tickets none of which were resolved or replied by Tata guys. Overall a zero Star to this app.
Most stupid and irritating app. Every time I open this app I am highly frustrated. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING on this app works. You click anywhere and the app closes. I wish there was an option of -ve rating. Totally bakwass and waste of space to install this app. I wonder if it was developed by school kids and launched without even the basic testing. Highly pathetic.
The app takes a long time to open and at times it does not open at all. The funniest part is it does not open even when I am using the Tata Tele broadband wifi when all the other apps open including MyVodafone app. 😆😆
Except for bill pay, the app doesn't have any key utilities like adding data pack or change of data plan. It doesn't display. Any utility app like this has to be full services..
App has a serious bug. Every time I have to enter my broadband no. and verify with OTP. Customer support Service is also very slow despite continuous calls 3 consecutively days.
Unable to raise complaint. Tried 3 times. It only says after adding details check your email, but email never received. Customer care number is not reachable. I am waiting for things to settle & will disconnect Tata. My internet has been on-off since a month now. Extremely difficult to work. Mostly connected with Phone 4G. What's the point of spending 1100 per month for this kind of service???
App has got technical errors..Unable to make payments from last 3 months using any pay method. I am using a One+6T handset. Unfortunately, I have to use a computer to do my monthly payment. Please correct the issues on priority
Absolutely useless app. You can do nothing but add and see the account number; the PAY BILL and other options do kot work. On top of it, Ridiculous service and ridiculous feedback mechanism..i have raised three complaints over past 3 days and not a single one can be tracked using the app..also, no respy from their end. When i called up the customer care, the service person says he has no clarity and cannot share any ETA on resolution.
This app has a bug, whenever I add my account and close app again it ask me to add account. Same if I navigate to some other menu and press on Home menu. I know this is replica of Tata Docomo app but previous one was not having that issue. I wonder how many SMS OTP charges are company is bearing because of this.
The app has major bugs. Had issues seeing my broadband usage so I tried to reinstall. Since then on registering my connection it loads other people's connections instead. On going to my profile i see other guys details of name address etc. When I go to manage numbers from there and remove the wrong numbers, the app stops working. Extremely bad experience.
