I updated the app because it kept telling me there was an error. Then I tried to log in but forgot my password and requested to reset it. It sends me an email with a link to change it but when clicked it takes me back to the app asking me to reset the password and keeps taking me on a loop. Overall I have never been able to use this app and am very disappointed.

I've been using Tavour for about 2 years. Overall it's a good service. Not cheap, but it does give access to beers I otherwise would never get to try because they aren't distributed in my area. I had one shipping issue quite a while back, but Tavour customer service was prompt to help me coordinate with the delivery service to resolve the issue. The app itself can be buggy. For example, I often get notifications for beers that don't show up in the app.

Hey, I wrote a one star yesterday and got a response back, went to edit my review today and it's gone. There is still an issue but I'm not sure if there's an Android issue. When I click on your password reset link from email it takes me back to wherever I am in the app, not allowing me to reset. If I however hover over the hyperlink, copy and paste the URL in the browser, I can reset the password. Just wanted to let you know.

Tavour gives you access to beers you wouldn't normally find. They get some hard to find beers from really great breweries. This sounds great on paper but it takes an absurd amount of time to receive your beer. They use smaller shipping companies like gio express (never heard of them). Don't expect an answer when you reach out to see why the tracking has not updated in 2-3 weeks. I expect better with the mark-ups on the charge on the beer they offer and the rates they charge for shipping.

What is going on with the app lately? Seems the last update missed some QA checks. Constantly requires me to log in and then just sits there. Time for a roll-back. ----- EDIT: 03/14/22 - Updated app some time ago (as soon as new update was available at that time). Other than some items selling out before I see them, everything has been perfect since then.

As many others have said, your shipping option is a joke. This is my third box and all of them have been delayed. Its been 10 days since its shipped, got to my town in NY and was showing delayed for 5 days and is now telling me its going backwards in OH?? How can anyone order in the summer months with beer sitting in the heat for two weeks before it gets to me? Upcharge your shipping costs and give an option for us to select ups shipping for whatever extra it costs.

I have push notifications turned off but still receive them. Please fix this with the next update.. It's literally the only app I have that has this issue, and it's really frustrating.

I gave this app a try because received a gift for Christmas. The app itself is a neat idea, the beers are priced the same as microbrews in my area but, I am not a fan of having to check daily to see if they have any new beer that Im interested in. That alone would have gotten them 4 stars but...until the company decides to take their selection of shipping companies more serious, you should give this app second thoughts. I, like many reviewers, had a nightmare of a time getting my shipment.

Wish the push notifications were more consistent. It seems that only about 50% of new beer postings generate a notification. Have missed out on some great, rare beers due to this.

Great beer, literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't download the app don't do business with them support your local beer store forget these people they don't care about you and they won't help you if you have a problem. All they care about is getting sure that they get paid but if you don't get your beer it's not their problem and they won't lift a finger to fix it. Having to resort to reporting fraud with my credit card company in order to get my money back!

Make sure they can ship to your location before ordering. They originally shipped to me then switched couriers and now I'm not able to get the beer. However, I love the unique beers and quality when I did receive them.

Can't access app. Asks for email upon opening of application and after trying to submit my email, it asks me to submit a valid email. There are no sign up options available.

I downloaded this app because it mentioned that it could help me find beers to my taste, and I thought it was going to be something like answering questions to outline my preferences. It does not have that, it is basically just a way to buy "indie" beers and some wines.

Wildly dissatisfied. I ordered beer a little over 3 weeks ago. It shipped on March 4th from tavour and stayed in boise. I reached out to the shipping company, who said they cannot ship it the rest of the way because someone at tavour put tape over the shipping labels. Tried reaching out to tavour, but received nothing but voice-mail boxes and automated answers. I'd suggest not giving this company your money

The beer selection is great but after using it a few times I have had nothing but headaches. The customer service needs to answer a phone call instead of directing you straight to a voice-mail everytime and then never calling you back. Every "Crate" I have ordered (3 to be exact) has been delayed in shipping. The shipping service doesn't seem to know much about where your crate is at or when in the hell it will be delivered. Last crate was shipped back damaged without anyone telling me. TERRIBLE

I put in my order my first order in the middle of December. They informed me in January they had switched shipping companies, so I agreed to wait a couple more weeks. Now it's the middle of February I still have not received my order. When I emailed and asked for a refund all they were willing to do was refund the shipping. At this point even if the beer did show up, the chances of it still being good are slim. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The bottom line is shipping is garbage. Sure- options are limited - sure, there are outdated laws that make shipping difficult - but it has taken a month to get a very expensive e crate of beer and no matter the reason that is unacceptable. Every delivery has been an issue. I have definitely placed my last order with Tavour.

The product is great. Bringing beers which I would otherwise never hear of, let alone try. However, in the days of same day and 1-day shipping the delivery of the product is seriously lacking. I've made 3 orders from this company, each one has been delayed by more than a week. I don't expect next day delivery, just deliver when you say you will.

First off, this is not an app for people who are looking for cheap beer. The selection is definitely limited, however each beer is exclusive and absolutely delicious! Be aware the shipping carrier is terrible and you will run into issues. Tavour customer service team are all on different pages and takes some time for a response. Also, there is no getting a hold of someone by phone, so be prepared to be frustrated whenbyou have an issue.

Going out of my way to write about the worst customer experience I have ever had, and that's saying something. Delivery delayed multiple times. Tracking number non-functional. No contact information for the courier, and so had to dig it up myself and make multiple calls to get the crate delivered, weeks after it was supposed to. Finally, the beer arrives in horrible condition: filthy cans, all dented or damaged, multiple cans crushed and leaking. Customer service not always helpful. Avoid!!

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. It does not work at all. I have downloaded it, uninstalled, and redownloaded it 3 times now. Every time I attempt to sign up it gives me an error message. The error says Oh no! Something went wrong. Please restart the app. I was hoping to check their subscription and selection of beers out, but I guess not any time soon.

I don't know how to change my previous rating. Overall, the company and app are great. Great beers and great customer service. But there is a bug (my phone, the Pixel 2 is effected) and it requires turning off your app backup. You might have to uninstall/reinstall after doing that. I did. The company was quick to help me fix the issue. This bug was, well, bugging me! But they were on it to help me fix it. I do totally recommend this app!

This review is based solely on the application performance and customer service experience. I have emailed them twice, for a subscription charge that I opted out of at the beginning of November. I was still charged and a crate was still made. It has been a little over 8 days (with a supposed turnaround of a singular business day) with no response. I shouldn't need to charge back my card to receive my money and hopefully a response but it seems to be my only option. Otherwise decent beer app.

I love it when it works. Unfortunately since the new update it has not worked very well. I no longer get notifications for new beer, it doesn't load at times, and when I tried to email them regarding this, their email address was no good. My friend has also had similar issues with the app on his iphone. It is frustrating because I really do love the app and the company as a whole. I just wish the app would work. I hope this review brings some light on the issues and make this application great

The app seems to work okay with occasional freezing and missed notifications. I highly recommend you check your shipment thoroughly. They marked that one beer wasn't shipped, yet I didn't receive 19 of them (~$133). Their customer support is impossible to reach by phone and takes forever to respond by email. They have a good selection, but it isn't worth the trouble to manually request a refund for each missing item, when it shouldn't be that difficult to make check the boxes before shipping.

Used em a LOT a few years ago. Service, product, everything was great. I was just drinking too MUCH. Put the app away. Just downloaded again...their prices are out of control. Used to be 2 cans for $7.99, or something of the like, now it's $10.99 for a single! Thought i was misremembering but i went through old shipments (what a trip down memory lane) and sure enough, i was paying $3-5 per can/bottle. Stuff seems to be selling out so they're getting away with it. But i refuse to play.

This App never notifies me as it's set up today and it will not reopen when left running in background to answer the phone or a text. It continually crashes and says critical error our apologies! It's not my phone because it is happening to several of my friends as well!! I have notified tavour multiple times and they have done nothing about these problems ! If not we will be taking our business elsewhere! Fix or we will be making changes!!!
