After update, incoming chats didn't ring any more, was very frustrating, I tried everything .... Then I thought of un-installing & re-installing the app, now it's working, happy again. I give 4 stars, 1 star goes away because of the customers that I missed during the "silence"

The only thing you can add and it will be perfect is to add scroll down to refresh the Live visitors filter. Also, update it to fix the red notification and make it disappear immediately after the visitor leaves website. Thanks

Hii developers, since your latest upgrade I can't attach media files (images and videos) to my tickets. Kindly look into this as it's an inconvenience.

It is disappointing to have visitors come into chat and hardly after a minute you get a message "visitor left" even when the said visitor was seen to be typing something,this is not normal it could be a malfunction of the software please check and advise.

No sound alert when a visitor comes. Please fix it ASAP!! It was a perfect app before the last 2-3 updates. Some award should be given to the developer who ruined a perfectly fine app.

I appreciate your team paying attention to our comments and fixing the Voice and Video call issue that was happening with Android devices. This issue has been fixed with the last software update. It seems to be working back as intended. Five stars earned well Thank You!

Needs to be customisable regarding auto sleep time. If I'm working in another screen it wants to mark me as away after a very short time. Otherwise this would n be 5 stars. In every other aspect I couldn't fault it.

I don't like the new version of Tawk.to. It is not well integrated & I'd go for the old version every time.

The latest update has errors, please review it, for example, the last visitor does not disappear despite leaving the site.

You dont deserve a 5 star for this new feature... Very poor and bad outlook and functionality. Am moving to another app

Great app. I love it. I give it 3 stars because after the recent update, the app doesn't send sound notifications, it just vibrates. When I try to toggle the vibrate button off, it automatically turns back on. You guys should fix this bug. The app is almost useless without the sound notifications

Good, but cannot set online time (ie 8am - 5Pm) and users can start chat without contact, thus when the chat is missed, there is no way to response.

Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not ideal, but it works.

Visiters notification tone is not working. Please fix it after new version update the problem is come

Visitors list still shows the attended and greeted visitors and when they reply we don't get notification at all... Causing a lot of damage to customer service ... Kindly fix asap

Hey, this used to be a great app. Now, the app continuously shows visitors despite the visitors leaving. Can you fix this please? Before, when a visitor left, the visitor was removed from the visitor tab.

Notification sounds do not work. I have everything set up in the app with an assigned notification sound, but nothing comes through. If I'm away from my computer and someone starts a chat, I miss it. I wish the Developers would fix this critical error.

The app randomly stop sending me notifications roughly a month after each time I reinstall it and this constantly makes me miss customers. I sincerely hope there will be a fix to this soon. (All notificafions are disabled and my phone is not set to "Do not disturb". I have tried literally everything but nothing would work out except reinstalling every single month and it's growing tiresome)
