I would like to submit my suggestion on your demand. The common man does not know the sections of FBR. How to select or submit a return under which section. So it will be easy for Tax Filler to choose one or two options from the menu. Let each individual choose only those options, i.e. how can a salaried person choose one of the more than 12 options. I can't understand how you are giving the same drop down menu to everyone. I suggest you please broadcast the filling tax return on television.

I was using this app since past 3 or 4 months but today I could not log in Despite the fact that I have checked marked "remember me" on the app's initial interface, today I get to see an error that "I have provided invalid information or my account is not active". I decided not login to my account from the webportal and it worked but I am still unable to log into my the app from my mobile. Is there a bug in the app or something else. Please fix it.

After the OS was upgraded to ver. 12, the app does not open. It goes to the "app permission" screen and despite giving the app all permissions, the app does not even open. It just stays at the same "app permission" screen. Resolve the issue!

I have been trying to file my income tax return since 7 December but this app doesn't work. Every time I select the Year, it keeps saying Transaction not allowed, as another transaction has been started/completed. Please fix this as I really need to file my return before the end of this year.

The app is not working properly when i open the app it goes directly to the settings of the app in mobile. Even if i close or go back it keeps going to the same settinga not letting me do anything.

I registered myself but after registration, i m still unable to sign in. The error said "If you have Registration Form(181) in Drafts, please submit it and try again later." There is no drafts option available. I submit my registration form at the time of registration and receive messages and emails regarding code and password. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

Due to no response of app, I reinstall the app. I want to recover password but app is not recognised me by displaying message that my email or mobile number is not correct. I am providing the correct info but still same reply by app. Kindly resolve the issue.

App doesn't allow me to report the non verified invoice instead it crashes the app every single time. Edit: emailed developer got the response in few minutes and problem resolved in next update.

Its a great idea and would be extremely useful if it would actually work when needed. The interface is good and easy but very buggy. I have tried to file tax twice. Couldn't submit it successfully the first time. On my second attempt, couldn't even get past the first screen. Seems to be very buggy at the moment

App is not working properly I am unable to get tha OTP. In POS I am not getting any OTP while i have provided all the information they asked to move further. Please help

After providing all the details and correct OTP, I'm getting error message registeration process is not completed. And I'm not able to register

Whenever i open the app and go to the Point of sale to verify invoice, "please waiting appears then return back to the point of sale" Fix this issue... Othewise what a waste

Very bad experience When ever I added invoice no. It stopped.... And app closes automatically.

Excellent app but Font size is too small. Although i increase system font size but app size don't changed. It should be enlarged. Secondly in POS module Dashboard should be at the first number.

I am unable to sign in, it says invalid account although I have an account. When I select forget password, it says invalid information even though everything I've entered is correct. When I tap Sign Up, it says account exists. Please fix

I'm trying to report an invoice but App doesn't allow me to attach picture which is mandatory. Hence, I'm unable to report invoice. Please look into this issue.

Tax asaan app not working from many days for overseas Pakistanis, and website also not working. No facility for overseas Pakistanis. Useless people are managing this app and website. They do not even know when it will work...

It's not easy to convince me to give 5 stars. But this app worth more than 5. Very thoughtful, completely working. A job well done boys & gals!

Good so far Thanks for your concern you showed. I am a new user of this app and found good till now, so commented in this sence. I very frequently use this app to verify bills and I am very positive that this app will revolutionise the tax reforms and will provide a great support to make our economy documented

Not redirected to verify invoices When i click on the point of sales tab, it redirected me toward the next page. But when i click on verify invoices, it redirects me toward the home page.

It's easy to use..need to aware people and tax not collected from local clothes shops and jewellery shops and food shop.. online tax system is very good

EDIT: +1 star for fixing some of the issues, mainly app getting stuck on year selection. +1 star for finally being able to submit my returns. There are still some issues, specifically date time error (which goes away after a while). I said some harsh words earlier and I still stand by it. A production app should be thoroughly tested before release and hotfixes should be applied rather making me wait months. Glad to see progress and I hope it will be better next year. Good Luck

All good some problem .. when I submit a invoice but OTP dialogue box not show and go back . Please solve this problem.

There is no option for changing email or phone cell number. I've forgotten my Registration password and email address. Now there is no option to login there.

Kindly fix outflow. There is a bug that is not marking it complete. I am having a hard time filing my year 2020 taxes.

I am happy to use this app for point of sales tax. I went to a number of big vendors like Bacha Party and MINISO in Lucky One mall. Their receipts charged me tax but there is no mention of FBR invoice number on them. I have complained about it on the app. I hope you guys take action and get back to me

When I am scanning the POS Qr Code it saying Invalid Invoice and it is showing the invoice number correctly but I am sending the same invoice number on SMS so it is accepting it.

Enhance little pos system. Can see details of receipts. Specially which are not verified so can report them as well if not auto reported.

It's time wasting and pethatic. Waiting for pin code to verify and proceed but didn't get any even after several tries...
