This app is so wrong. If you put in your pay rate and your exemptions it estimates your total taxes for the year you have paid such as federal and Medicare and all that stuff but then when it gives you your refund amount it says like 150 dollars. Which is totally incorrect. This app is unreliable.

I'm not understanding it.... it's giving me a zero balance and there's no way.... I have 2 children where do you put the child credit in at? If someone could explain what each step I would probably like it and understand it....

Cefcu saw my negative review and called me to help me set up the new app. They had to do some stuff manually because, for whatever reason, the new app was not accepting my credentials from me. That being said the call was quick and I got right in an activated everything. I don't super enjoy seeing my car loan right on the front screen reminding me how in debt I actually am. But otherwise the app seems fine.
Confusing, and ad ridden! I have used several of the available free tax calculators, this is by far the worst.
Total waste of time. Don't bother with it, get taxcaster if you want a quick figure of your tax returns.
Won't calculate anything correctly and stupid games keep popping up
