What good is this app if it only gives you last year's returns. Where the hell is the app for this year's returns??? Looks like I will be using another service next year.

When I open the app all it says is "all returns"
Every time I log in, it boot me right back out. It continue to black out. I don't like this at all.
Using v4.0.7 on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and my TaxACT username of 10+ years. App launches fine, but says my username belongs to another user. I'm not trying to sign up for a new username here, but trying to login with my username I've had for many years. ***Update: Finally figured out that my CustomerID isn't what they want for a username. Created a username and after first successful login it's now stuck on 'update available' issue so many other users are reporting. #Fail
Although they said the app had been fixed it still tells me the 2014 season is over and I need to download the new app...
Every time i open the app it says that there is an upgrade. When i click on upgrade nothing happens. So i went to the playstore and it said that i have the latest version.
App doesn't work was a waste of my time downloading it. All it says is to go to the app store and download the new one.
Had me enter my login info for taxact only to tell me I had to download a non existent new version from the play store. Seems like a scam to get people's login information.
It keeps force closing and giving me an error that the 2014 tax time has ended and to look for their new 2015 products in early 2016, then freezes and force closes some more. Waste of time. Uninstalling and probably won't use this company again next year.
Every time I open the app it says "An updated version of this application is now available." and takes me to the Play Store, which confirms that I already have the most recent version of the app.
After signing in, the app crashes. I had installed the app and it crashed. So I deleted it and re-installed it again, only to have the same thing happen all over again. So this time I deleted it for good and installed IRS2Go, which is a much better app.
Every time I open it, it says that there is a new version available, and I have the most up to date version available. It won't let me do anything once I sign in.
I log in and alls it tells me is there is an update. I click to update it and it soesnt so anything.
Previous Filing not recognized by mobile app with same login
Just says "newer version available visit app store". So I do and it says I have the newest version.
Every time I log on it keeps telling me to update and its already updated or there isn't an option to do yet
This app worked well for me. ..It's user friendly and I have been using for years.
Worked once and started asking for an update that doesn't exist.
Same issue in receiving "wait for updated app" message.
Still says there's update but it really don't have one
"The Username you entered matches a download Customer ID...please choose another name." But that is my Customer ID and password. I am a download customer. I don't have a "Username." The app won't recognize & won't generate a new username. Deleting.
Trying to get the update of my taxes through tax act app n it keep saying 2014 is no longer available 2015 will be available in early 2016 n i don't see it no where smh
Please make a new one this version is old.
This is completely worthless. It does not migrate any information from the online site. It doesn't even show that this year's taxes are filed. Junk!! Do better, Taxact!!!
