Does the job, but buggy. 60% of the time it works every time. 😂 Recently, some addresses for pickup point were wrong, so check that. Also, they could reaaaaaaally use fuzzy search in the address field! Unless you write the exact address in th exact format, it can't find it. There's hugs everywhere generally, this morning the "rate your trip" button didn't work. When it works, it gets the job done.

I was in a hurry and in the rain. I downloaded the app and every time I enter something in the app it shut down so I couldn't make it work. I uninstalled it 3 times and installed it again. Even restarted my phone. Nothing worked. The most disappointing experience. Interesting enough you suggest it in your webpage to download to get a quick access to taxi but it won't work at all.

Cannot create an account. It keeps saying "Unable to create verification code". I have a US phone number. Gonna have to call instead and hope that it works... Please fix this.

Mobile confirmation code is always treated as wrong. Re-send code gives an error.

Sometimes scheduled taxi doesnt arrive. If you choose immediate, then it comes pretty quickly.

App is efficient, driver professional. Not sure what others are complaining about.

Booked a cab at 6:30 to arrive at 9:00, at 8:56 it says - we are still looking for a cab for you. At 9:30 I had to book another taxi. What is the point of having a taxi app if they you can't send a driver 3 hours in advance... Very unreliable...

Terrible. You would think sophisticated Denmark would be able to do a better job on this taxi app. I can't register because it wants to send an sms message to my phone which is a USA number that doesn't work in Europe. How about a WhatsApp message or an email option for a confirmation code? They should take a look at the taxi app for Dublin, Ireland which worked seamlessly.

Ordered taxi through the app to arrive at a specific time. Taxi never arrives. I call 4x35, wait in line for a few mins., they inform me that my ride was cancelled all the while the app still informs me that the taxi is on its way. No notification or sms that the taxi would arrive soon, no notification of its arrival, no notification of cancelled ride. This app is garbage. 4x35 is garbage.

Random assignment of drivers. I may order 10 min earlier than someone else and receive a driver much later, it's not by proximity. Navigation is really poor and you can't see where your car is until it's almost there...much behind Uber.

I used to have a good experience with the app and the company but since today the app simply crashes every time I open it. Tried the usual troubleshooting, no go. Perhaps the last release broke this as I see other people with the same issue.

It there wasn't so many bugs in the software, I would have given it 5 stars. You don't get a lot of feature like Uber, but they've understand the reason for satisfaction: Going from A to B when you want and at an estimated price. I didn't need to pronounce Danish street names -actually didn't even need to talk to the driver- could have paid by card/mobile pay or at the taxi, etc.

Worst taxi company I've ever used. You have to call (roaming if you're a tourist) if you have luggage (why?!). We waited in the freezing cold for 25 minutes before calling them again and being told that our driver simply picked up someone else!! They said it would take them another 20 (!) minutes to get us new cabs. I got a new cab from Dantaxi on the spot, it was great.

App is glitchy, difficult to get things going. Can't get bonus to work. I think it should be automatic and a click to make it stop.

Can't save changes to profile, supposedly have a company discount but I never get it due to app issues... menus have bugs occasionally, e.g. cannot activate loyaltt discount anymore so missing out on it. Just good to order taxis but they don't deliver on promised benefits

The latest update is filled with bugs! Instead of the actual text, the variables are displayed with curly braces. This is just so hard to read now.

Suddenly requires personal data to use. Rude staff. Will not use again

Terrible UI, search function is really picky. Really bad ease of use in general.

"Invalid use case." Thats the only notice i got when i tried to set up a password During account creation. This rewiev is Just as rewarding to you, as your guidance is with troubleshooting your app to your customers.

Base on a sample size of one : App worked perfectly, driver was amazing, and the fixed rate was the less affordable option.

Keeps crashing every time I try to open it, when i try and call them they tell me this app is the only option to order a taxa. This makes me wish Uber was legal in Denmark again, the taxa mafia controls the market to heavily

The app is good , i mean its fast and bug free. The drivers are well behaved , passionate and helpful.

The app worked out perfectly, specially loved the option fixed price and easy pay with mobile pay. The driver was super nice.

Best driver ever! Super lovely and fun kurdish driver. Saved our lives when a train got cancelled and we nearly missed long-distance train from Copenhagen to Frankfurt. We would never have made it without him.

really good and fast service, have used it 10+ times and have never had any issues. always been fast and great service.
