TaxAudit App

Sufficient for sending pictures from your phone for TaxAudit. Encountered a couple problems when trying to send messages, but eventually made it work. Problems include that you can't send a message without a file, character limit is at 25 but doesn't limit you, and taking a picture of the file through their app results in an error when trying to send.

All was going well until I tried to create a document from photos on my phone. Froze up every time, then would automatically bump me out of the app forcing a re-login, which of course locked me out for too many login attempts. Finally gave up after wasting an hour and scanned the doc and used my desktop to email, which worked. Finally.

easy way to communicate with audit professionals in a precise and reliable safe form of communication. Impressed with ease and response. I had issues to start but it was a learning curve.

The app is very easy to use and it's very helpful with communicating with the professional helping me. The ability to build files using my phone's camera is huge.

I love this app it makes it super easy to upload any documents straight from your email, your drive, your photos etc. This qpp has made it super simple and has sqved me time and money from having to go out and find a place to fax. thanks

In truth, I'm doing well with it. That's actually saying quite a bit, considering I'm not very tech savvy. So far, so good. I've sent several documents to my assistant there and there hasn't been even one hitch! And the responses are also quite timely as well. I like it so far.

Uploading is buggy. It works very seldom. They make it hard to get docs sent, very frustrating and inefficient.

I've paid for this service for 3 or 4 years in a row and for the first time I've had to use it. I am starting to regret ever getting it. The help doesn't seem to exist. If you don't know what's going on then get use to it. I thought they had my case handled until I got more forms from the IRS. I've heard from my audit help case worker a couple times and now they don't read my messages

Worse service ever, not only did I pay for their help through turbotax incase we got aduited i had to pay another 60. To open a case when we did get audited I could never get ahold of them, it was constant phone tag, then they wanted 925. Dollars to proceed! This covid knocked us back hard, Irs isnt answering their phones taxaduit made things more stressful and wanted more money then the IRS!!

I'm just starting my audit process but so far everyone has been extremely helpful. It's comforting knowing that I have professionals to help me through my audit, definitely worth buying when you're on TurboTax or elsewhere.

This app makes getting audited a lot less painfull but it was having problems uploading PDF files.Ended up taking screenshots. Who knows it might just be my phone.

An easy to send and receive information. It gets straight to the point with clear directions on how to use. The response time is superior as well. They really get to business quickly.

When I received my letter irs notifying me that I had identity issues with my 2020 taxes. What a huge hassle it was to try to communicate with the IRS . Completely worthless. Do NOT pay for their "services". They will review your taxes. Then "close" your case, with zero info/assistance. There is no actual service.

Horrible experience. Agents that don't reply to emails or voice-mail. Don't submit items in a timely matter. Leave you hanging for months on end. Do not recommend.

I was trying to send a message due to an audit. The app crashed every time I tried to type in the Subject line or the message text area.

Have had my case since may 18th when we recieved irs letter it is now July 14th and we have heard next to nothing on our case our questions we ask go unanswered and after over a month of nothing thinking it was being handled they send a message requesting even more documents that was not originally asked for we have sent everything we have even the stuff for the new request and still have heard nothing with nothing submitted to the irs so my refund is still in limbo after contacting back in May.

App worked ok. They had wrong dates when they had the site down. Ultimately proved useless.

I'm really not tech savvy but this app is truly easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation

somewhat easy to use. once you figure it out you can stay in contact and get your issues solved

The app keeps shutting down when i try to check my messages.... Would be helpful to be able to read those......

I would recommend Tax Audit (Turbo Tax) a million times over. So reliable it helps take the stress off. Love It!!

During the process of my audit, I went thru 3 different representatives. The outcome, there was nothing they could really do besides prolong the proccess and time given by the IRS to submit documentation. They were very eager to drop my case off. Instead of offering me options on how to move forward with the IRS.

Zero work on their side. You send them the IRS docs, and they read them to you. Done. Nothing else. Not worth a penny.
