I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

I shouldn't have to upload individual pages to similar documents. Additionally I can't download anything here. It's perpetually digital. Not good. They need to fix this, but it seems like the same complaints have been made for years and the developers are sleeping on it.

This app will get the job done but it seriously need more Common features like, A way to delete a document before I upload it, How can I printout a copy of my taxes for my records, A way to select all documents that I have scanned all at once instead of selecting one by one, and a computer version instead of a cell phone version for people who have scanners, cameras and printers. I was very frustrated. This app severely needs a whole lot of work before I used it again

I have used this app for 3 years. It has worked fine until this year. I am not able to sign I to my account at all. I have changed the password and it tells me invalid used password, when what I'm using is so obscure. Then I fialy get to change my password and it tells me that the user and or password isn't found. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still can not get in. I have emailed the customer support twice and no answer. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

Issues with signature. Have to delete and reinstall the app to be able to sign document. Update: 2/23/22 I can't believe one year later I came to the app to leave the same message. This app is terrible. Clear Cache and Data - will give you option to add signature again.

I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this app. It was an absolute pain to upload everything as pictures taken by the app instead of having the option to upload directly from my device. Then my tax preparer couldn't even access my documents even with the help of customer service. The rep told me to log out and log back in which ended up with the app saying that I didn't have an account. This whole experience was frustrating and stressful, just go do your taxes directly or use Turbo.

Smooth, SuperQuick Download, but... I just downloaded the app thinking that I'd be able to send my link to clients. Instead, it signed me up as a client. Ok. Maybe that error is on my part. But, there is no other options or support info to get help. And, ODDLY, the description references 2018 tax year, but the agreements say 2017 tax year. Really?! Please fix/update asap.

As of right now I am unable to sign my documents. I believe the latency issues are due to everyone tying to file a return. I had no issues at all last time I used this app.

If I could I would give this app a -5! Can't log in! What's the purpose of this app if I'm going to have trouble logging in I registered in this app and when I go to sign in with my password it still doesn't open up the app! I have selected forgot password reset it my password and it still will not allow me in the app! My daughter was able to get into the app but she was not able to upload anything! There is no way in hell I'm about to put my clients through this hell with your app fix it!

This app has some issues the developers did not look over...it doesn't let you remove/delete documents if need be. The communication from me to my tax person is horrible its like the never get my messages through the app and I have to text them through my actual phone. There's no website for the client to use/login to upload images that way. This will be my 1st and last time using this app.

It took forever to upload documents, I to retry several times because it kept saying it "lost connection". Also, it wouldn't let me submit my information, it kept giving an error message. This is completely annoying, my tax preparer can't finish my stuff.

Completed everything to get ready to send to my tax professional and keep getting an error stating "unable to submit return at this time." Now my info is just out in limbo because it doesn't allow you to delete your screenshots you have taken. This sucks.

This app is trash. Uploading documents as pictures should be an extra feature not basic functionality. All of my sources give me pdf files rather than images. I should not have to upload screenshots of my tax documents. Its nice that this app cares about my privacy when it deals with sensitive financial data.

I was very pleased with my experience with Keystone Tax Solutions !! Quick , easy and convenient. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't do it!! Not user friendly for the technical challenged. Very frustrating. Forget it!!!!

This app is horrible and needs to be revised in order to work properly. I'm going out on a limb here, basing the complicated use of this tool on technology rather than the incompetence of the creator.

Used it for the 1st time this last tax season but now it won't let me reset my password even though I've tried numerous variants that meet the requirements. What a joke.

Can I get some help please? Thank you.. After I uploaded my docs, and it said everything was successfully uploaded, the tax preparer cannot get into it and I no longer see any of my documents, other than that it would be a 5 star.

everything was fine till i logged out and tried to log back in, changed my password 5 times through email tried to log back in on app each time and all it says is wrong password

This app won't let me register. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times and still same results

Can't even make account. Six digit codes don't work. If a basic action doesn't even work in your ap, how am I supposed to trust you to do my taxes? I typically never use an ap with such a low rating, but it was recommended by my husband's friend. I think I will stick with my instincts and use a reputable service where the most basic functions of the ap actually work.

Like any app it had kinks in the beginning but now it works just fine!!! I used this app with my preparer for 2 years now and it's great! #LoveTax2Checks

App is broken and gives an error when trying to register. Completely unusable.

Can't login. Resetting password doesn't help. No good way to contact support

Love love this App. !! The company is Very solid . They have been handling my buisness and personal taxes and I am Very Pleased!!

Can't delete anything, so if you choose to file with someone else, all of your information will be left on this app

The app worked for the past 2 years now its saying unable to process... what is the issue

Cant register. Very disappointed. It is now tax season and i cant use the app. Emailed them and NO reply.

Very easy to load documents, quick response time, and accurate tax consulting.
