We were picked up from the airport on time, the driver was holding a sign which our names clearly written , the vehicle was clean and close to the exit from the terminal. The driver offered us water to drink on our way and we arrived quickly to our aparment in Barcelona. The pick up for the ride back to the airport was also very nice. We were four passengers with four suitcases and there was no problem of room for all of us.
Ordered taxi 40 minutes in advance and got a driver assigned. 2 minutes before the confirmed pickup time the trip was canceled. Do not use this app service
App is ok designed but no drivers show up - booked 3 in a row, all cancelled.by driver within 5 mins
