Two words for this service, Horse manure. I waited for over half an hour for a taxi that was showing only 6 minutes away (we later saw the taxi we had ordered, drive through the taxi stand but not taking us, perhaps racist). Called their number twice and booked and waited several more minutes but a taxi never came (total of 2 hours). An Uber came within a minute. Called them again to give a feedback but they say "the drivers can choose" and accept no responsibility. Horrible. Just get an Uber.
Always reliable and dependable. sometimes half the price of Uber.
Can you please explain why people from Cyprus shouldn't use you app in Berlin? Tried to verify the number, Cyprus is not on the list. Bye taxi, hello Uber.
Terrible service. I was trying with my best German and they still put the phone down on me. Unacceptable.

Tried to use it to Pay that horrible taxi driver who drove on opposite way of destination trying to make money on a tourist, when caught off guard stopped the meter and insisted on a high price. His credit card machine didn't work after 20minutes so he left a receipt with no compensation that I can't use because I can't confirm my Japanese phone number. Well fork him! I'll stick to Uber
Every single taxi we booked was automatically cancelled about 3 mins before the taxi was due to arrive. When we eventually got a car after trying to rebook multiple times, the driver was complaining that the app had major problems. If you want to get around in Germany, beware of this app!!!!!
Very useful if u travelling with infant. Cuz most taxis by the street don't carry infant seats and refuse to take infants
Cel number verification is not working for my number. Because of country code. Is that hard to include all countries???
I've experienced few times that the app says "the taxi is waiting for you " but no car. You can't order another one, so you are stuck hoping an empty one will pass by. Also, it would be nice if you could choose "Mercedes only" when you order.
