I have used the service 3 time and most I was pleased for the level of pool professionalism. Until, I had a driver who was not only rude and unprofessional but also bad no regards to safety of his customer. 1. He parked his car blocking traffic 2. He would not assist with a child seat. 3. He put his customers in danger by making her access her child from the left side of the vehicle where there is moving traffic. Highly unacceptable, app is not worth extra expence for such service.
Simply the best taxi in the Odessa and, maybe, in the Kiev city. Perfect service, always on time, good cars and polite drivers. The best way to "just teleport me from here" Using it non-stop for 5 years.
Family group payments stopped working. I removed and added my card again, as operator suggested, but that didn't fix the problem. So my family members have to pay cash, despite that debit card is added and functional.
Always timey and not expensive. I recommend Bond.

Ux/UI testing is absent totally. Testing for stability is awfull. Regular server issues.
Great app for foreign visitors. I can request English speaking driver and fares are very reasonable. All cities in Ukraine should have this app.
The app is really nice. There are a lot of ways to improve, I think. It would be much better if the estimate of price would be seen before you send a request for a driver so that you have an estimate of how expensive your ride would be.
It's a great app, the drivers are very polite, the cars are always tidy and comfortable. A wide range of personalization for your ride, you can even choose the radio station you prefer. Great job.

Don't know why they delete the option to request a taxy in forward. Now only at real time is possible.

Sometimes working and sometimes no ???? The last version better
When it works, it's great, but it fails often, making me u install and reinstall it. It seems to store data from previous use, and so doesn't work for new attempt to call taxi. Uninstaller and reinstall required each time. Also would be great to have English as a option.

1. Call taxi driver button is not working in English version. 2. Wanna manage my favourite addresses. Add, delete, order. 3. Wanna pick language instead of it being picked for me. Great app, Thx. Please fix and improve with my sugestions.
Update: EVEN WORSE! Went to delete this POS app from my phone, and it is NOT in list of apps - can't delete!!!! Total garbage. Stay far away from.
