The process is as simple as can be: launch the application and it immediately localizes your position. Confirm that the address identified is the correct one; if it isn’t, you are free to change it manually. Add notes if necessary and add specifications to your order such as: type of payment, type of vehicle, etc.). Review the details of your order and then confirm. A cab will be assigned to you quickly and, in the mean time, you can track it making its way towards you on the mobile application’s map. Finally, a push notification will be sent to you as soon as the cab is less than a mile from your location.

Bad experience. First of all selected luxury and got picked up by an old suv with dirty seats (supposed to be tesla or similar). Second of all the driver "secretly" canceled the app ride half way and then asked us to pay cash.. will not be using this again.. taxi drivers have a bad reputation for doing things like this
Horrible!! Several times I was harassed and today a guy almost kidnapped me because his terminar didn't work and I explained to him that it was his terminar and he insulted me and told me it was me, finally after I instead he tried again and finally worked and he charged me 10 DLLs more, because he "lost his time". I was scared and I payed a huge amount of money for a terrible service! Don't use it!
would have put 0, but can't.. the app just doesn't work. can't enter credit card, can't select an address, nothing works..
Does not accept mobile number from other countries. I can't use this service when I come to visit my family. Or order taxi for my elderly parents from abroad.
sometimes its the taxi the problem and you cancel it and you cant even take another one back . Ive been late for work a few times because of that
App does what it needs to do, created an account and payed through it. Process was simple enough
It's good but you need to add a feature that allows you to call/sms the driver or the other way around

Worst application. Ever since the last update i can no longer enter an address manually, the application overrides it with what it believes to be the closest address. Leaving a note with the correct street number does not work either as the drivers do not see the the numbers written only the street name.
Worked well to reserve a minivan taxi for a morning airport ride in Quebec. App pushes notifications when taxi is en route / arrived. Crashed when clicked to review reservation after making it, but wasn't important.
Crashes all the time. Poor UI design. Postal codes not up to date abd impossible enter credit card. I do not recommend this app at all to anyone.
Sometimes application works... sometimes it doesn't... very frustrating... again several days later...the app is still not working properly...20 minutes and nothing is happening... something is not right.. tried for 30 minutes this evening for a taxi...not working...tried contacting app developer...never responded

the app was a little annoying, but i got a car real quick and paying was easy and the trip was pleasant! i also liked that many steps were optional! I forgot to hit the pay button before starting the trip, but i still got the taxi! i just had to pay afterwards, then.
