When it works (which is 1/5 times) it's great and efficient. Otherwise it either stops responding and it's anyone's guess whether the taxi will show up, or it just rotates driver's names forever. The drivers are great, the app is terrible.
This app is unstable and simply does not satisfy the needs or functions that it should. You try to order a taxi and it just enters a neverending loop and you get nothing. No feedback and certainly, no cab. Stay away from this app which will make you lose your time.
Taxi coop MTL..i thought Mtl meant Montreal, not just downtown or parts of Montreal...try to go from MTL to Laval (right next to the Pie-IX bridge)..message to call coop taxi MTL directly because its outside the service zone..WOW!!..told to call another number to get a car..WOW again!!..so if you're not calling from downtown, this app is obsolete (or worthless)..and of course, NO 15% REBATE..what a con...so much for wanting to encourage the taxi industry in MONTREAL...thanks for absolutly nothing.
Do not use this app. Waited for taxi in -20 weather. Never showed up. Ordered again. And never showed up. Ordered a third time and app just kept spinning. Taxi companies do not want you to use Uber But Uber shows up. Will now switch to Uber. No more taxis.
Could not get past entering the From address; the app would not register a tap at the selection screen, thus rendering it useless.
Does not accept phone numbers other than US or Canada. Not useful for travellers. App is only for locals who will hardly need a taxi
White screen upon opening this app and nothing else. Had to uninstall right away since it wouldn't work.
Great app. Easy to use and you can actually see the taxi coming so you can prepare yourself.
no cabs showed up. it just shows an ever rotating series of names.

Never connects me to a taxi, which is a shame because I'd rather call a taxi company than uber.
Tried once, driver never showed, uninstalled.
Why making me sign up to look up a fare? To send me trahs emails???
So far very comparable to the ease of Uber. Big plus is that it permits a cash transaction as I do not always have room on my credit card for a ride. The price point however Uber vs Coop Taxi needs to be more competative. Taxis are on average five to ten dollars more expensive. Love the ease at booking a ride. Contented.
Big disappoint after using Uber. Couldn't get a cab waited for forever, no confirmation that a driver was on the way.
It do exactly what it has to do, call yourself a cab and you have a good idea of the ETA.
First off, I downloaded Uber and Téo Taxi this morning. Despite an average rating, I decided to download Coop taxi's app since that is the service I use. I was not able to enter my credit card info successfully (it got stuck on the verification screen) and there is no way to add addresses (I.e. home and work). This should be standard functionality for a taxi app. I have never used Uber, but now I can see the reason why it became so popular. If you want to compete, update your app.
Payment dialog box wouldn't save. Credit card validation resets the keyboard which makes it a pain to enter. Frustrating
Big lag. Nor efficient program. Driver come to pick up late. Need a lot of improvement
Pay though app does not work, drivers pick your call and then decline, bad service at all.
The GPS functionality is all screwed up. The Taxi I called was running in circle around me and passed by me 2 times before I canceled the call so I could hit him without the app...
Just when I needed it, the service was down. Even their phone service was down at the time. IT issues?
Too buggy to use. The taxis are never confirmed and only show an endless spinner. And later you find out that they showed up, after you had to walk to find a cab. Then you get a screen in the app to rate your ride that you cannot move beyond, even if you've never took the ride since it was never confirmed. Too bad, would love to use this to compete with Uber.
