All you need is your iPhone, your iPod Touch or your iPad, an internet connection and our app. With this free app you can easily and reliably book your Taxicab! The App will locate your actual position by GPS and will offer you a Taxi reservation with only two clicks, at a local cab service. Naturally you can also type your location manually. In case there is no Taxi available, at your present location, the app will show you the phone number of a local cab company and you can book a Taxi by a phone call.

Useless, app can't sms confirmation code to regular phone number, developer(s) not interested in fixing, don't waste your time.
registration does not work with UK number
Tried it twice: 1st time the car was cancelled 1 min before the arranged pickup time. There was no notification sent! 2nd time the car was confirmed, but the estimated time went up and down continuously until the end of the spacetime. We had to cancell as we were in a rush after being stood up by the 1st car 😃 Not THE best experience.
Booked a taxi which never came. Number of dispatcher the app provided was for a town 30 km away. Zero feedback by the app. edit: Town of Lindau. Booking had been confirmed by app. Were waiting for 20 minutes before calling a taxi by phone. BTW, also no price information.
I have tried the app for the first time in Bonn when I preordered a taxi to take guests to Cologne-Bonn airport. I intended to pay by app. However I double checked with the driver when he arrived to collect and he informed me that credit card payment was only possible by paying wirh the terminal at the end of the journey. Since I was not travelling I could not do this. Luckily I had cash on hand to give to my guests. Worse still the app asked me did I want to pay by the app. Disappointed.
No agent available. I dunno if it was too late or if there are no services. But it was an overall terrible experience. Users showboat be required to store they payment information. A cash option would be nice too.
Unable to delete the account - the app simply doesn't have such an option. That's frustrating. Have to contact support, who knows how long will it take. Will update the comment when done.
Not able to register with Norwegian mobile number
Gave me the possibility of calling a taxi after selecting the origin / destination. Very useful. Not. Tried using in in Bad Homburg, near Frankfurt.
the app is probably wonderful. The issue is, NO FREE MARKET in taxi's in Kommunistic-lite Germany, so you can get your government approved overly expensive taxi anywhere, and so... you just don't really need an app for that.
Cannot pay with App although they take your credit card info. Had to drop of middle of ride as driver did not have credit card . Whats the use in app where you do not have any way to pay with it as well as see the route No one to talk to
It worked! Confirmation, reminder, plate no. And even a photo of the driver was sent by app. (in Frankfurt, 5€ reservation fee?)
Very bad experience. The driver didn't want to pick us up, because we had some luggage. He kept saying no in a very laud voice. Worst taxi service in the world.
I order a taxi and I don't even see if it ordered and when will it arrive. There are much better taxi apps that show where the taxi is.
totally useless on my phone, show no match dispatcher all the time on Xiaomi 9, and failed to send feedback.
I love this app since the day I discovered it, easy to use and very reliable. when I book a taxe, it's always on time. awesome
Terrible, the driver also tried to force me to pay via cash and took a longer route to pass to an ATM, like it was 1980. Shame.
It actually works. I used it in Mainz. But you can't pay through the app even though it shows that option. Cash only
App unusable with foreign (EU) phone number: "The verification service is not available for your country".
It used to work, but now it doesn't. Won't take my US telephone number. Useless.
Device verification does not work for foreign phone numbers which makes app useless.
Couldn't cancel booking and even Couldn't revoke booking after mistakly booked for a ride
