This app is essentially useless. First it wont pick you up at the airport ans second the other three times i tried to use it, the driver cancelled. One of the times the driver even pulled up and then sped off randomly. To top things off, it takes no payment method. I hope Uber comes in and destroys this POS app ans taxi Monopoly.
Easy set up and taxi on time. Only used once for a short airport run. But arrived on time. Estimated price was pretty much the same. Polite driver. No issues
Agree with other reviews. Drivers won't pick you up when you use the app, they just pick up someone else and cancel your ride. The app works fine, but the taxis aren't supporting it.
Works fine on Android. But amazingly enough, iPhone registration flow doesn't work for non-Spanish/Algerian phone numbers. If you are an iphone user, use your friend's Android phone to register your account, then login on your iPhone.
So hopeless. The app doesn't work at all. All the taxis on the island are run by one company. Much easier to just ring them instead.
Booked a taxi a day before we needed to depart for the airport (from the north east coast of the island) and the taxi turned up RIGHT on time. Really helpful app.
Worked well for me. But used it only twice. No problems at all and taxi was there within minutes.
The app doesn't work. Keeps saying "cannot accept bookings at this time" Total waste of time
Works really well. Would like to see car registration and auto rebooking of cancelled cabs.
Worst app ever. Drivers can't find where are you and drives away.
Didn't send a taxi even when requested several hours before hand.
waste of time, booked serval return trips to and from airport weeks in advance but kept cancelling the bookings one day before or on the day of arrival, called them up and told us to join the queue at the airport instead.
Taxi turned up right on time.Very impressed with their service.

Useless and appalling customer service
Waste of time - ruined our night.
Terrible app. Terrible experience. Placed a booking at 1830 for a 1930 pickup, no communication by 1945, called to enquire where the car was, hung up on. Maybe try booking an hour or two early to be on time. My dinner was ruined. Cheers.
