Very bad app and drains the battery. Tried to book, keeps saying on the way. Can't cancel the trip have to call in. Tells me the cab been there and tried to call me. Use the app to get a fixed price. But call in or get a cab for the same price on the street.
Worst experience ever. Pre booked to avoid stress. 3 mins before the app notifies about car, the waiting 15 mins in vain and unable to see taxi in app, called switch that was equally useless. Ended up calling other cab company.
Downloaded app to pre-book by a day for trip of 50km. Came back with message "no cars available" (for a normal weekday during biz hours). App looks great, seems to work well, but what's the point of you can't book a longer trip in advance?
confusing interface if one wants to teack the progress of the ride, it is too easy to put it by mistake into the booking mode again.
Good app, but dreadful service. Taxi booked several days in advance is not dispatched on time. Has happened several time, simply unreliable.
Needed taxi in Stockholm and as we're from US did not know where to start. This app was suggested to us, and it was wonderful. Reliable and a breeze. to use.
I thought this app, as well as Taxi 020 and Sverige Taxi, was just broken. Instead my wife with a Galaxy S10 is able to use it. So I guess you don't support my Honor, but I wonder why

Over and over again they can't send cars as promised. Customer service is useless and rude. Management refuse to call back and apologize. Magdalena was the last incompetent person to provide subgrade customer service. Do not use them. Unprofessional and more like scamming.

Twice in a row the app says that a car has arrived, but there was no car and driver even didn't call, then the app starts searching for cars again. Very stressful, unreliable service. Also if you try to order kurir from the application to Arlanda airport, the price offered as 1025 kr, but the real tariff is 620 kr. Ripping off. I don't recommend this service.
