Was able to quickly call a cab in an area where ride-sharing doesn't cover, but the rest of the experience was awful. The destination and pick-up info was reversed and my requirement for payment type got lost. In an already stressful situation, the extra trouble hardly helped. Recommend if you're in a tough spot, but use other methods if you have options.

Every time I go onto this app, there is never a driver available, no matter whether I choose to be picked up ASAP or try to pre-book. Always 'No driver available'. I've reverted to just calling up to book my lifts now, despite still receiving a text every time to install this useless app. If you don't support your app anymore, don't advertise it.

Absolutely worthless, made me late for work several times. If I book a taxi for a specific time it means I need it AT THAT TIME. Funnily enough I need them to get places in a reasonable time frame, not just to go on a leisurely drive around town whenever you can be bothered to call someone to come after being given several hours notice

I run a one vehicle, Independent Taxi Operation in Newtownards - Northern Ireland. I take the bookings and drive the taxi. I began using the TaxiCaller Dispatch / Driver / Passenger App system in November 2021. It has been a Godsend in streamlining my booking system, I can even set the system to notify me of bookings made up to 180 days in advance. I now have the dispatch running from my Samsung Tab A7 which gives me total mobility and allows me to enter phone bookings straight into the system. No more writing bookings down on paper for me!! I am now introducing an APP ONLY BOOKING SYSTEM which will be 100% from 7th March 2022. From that date, customers can only book me through the passenger app. The response I`m getting from my loyal customer base is amazing and I now have to educate all possible customers to access and use the new app - BRILLIANT. DO NOT UPDATE!! Months of working perfect not a single problem. BUT THEN they decide to update it when it's not necessary and now it crashes when you try and book a taxi and it crashes when you try and view any open or closed bookings on your account history. Great job developers you broke an app that worked perfectly!

This app confirmed a pre-scheduled ride by email and by text, but then at 11:30 at night canceled the ride because of a lie about drivers being over-booked. It was too late to schedule a new ride because I was in a rural area and everything was closed. This app is less than worthless, it's actively detrimental to travel plans.

Get u there quick .. awesome awesome awesome .. my go-to call when I need to get somewhere... Cannot express enough that this is by far been the best ride service Branson has ever had .. A++++....

I'm familiar with the favourites options, but I mean a quick call option for the exact same route(s) I go from A - B (same addresses) everyday, so it would be awesome to have a ''Route 1 quick call'' option where I tap it, and it sends the request (A - B) with asap option instantly without having to set the favourite points individually.

This app is trash. Of the 100 times I've tried to use it 2 get a cab, it's worked twice. Most the time it just keeps saying it's contacting a driver for u never putting an estimated arrival time then will just cancel ur booking on its own for no reason. Uninstalling

It's very easy to use and simple. The problem Is it doesn't talk to the taxi company's computer until AFTER the booking making it very difficult for them on busy nights. It also doesn't tell you how long it will be until 5 min. before the taxi is set to arrive which is incredibly problematic some days.

if i could give it 0 starts i would. the app continually signs you out & had only one available company for rides. the driver of said company accepted the ride 2 times & was 20 mins away the first time then 17 mind away the 2nd time, only to cancel/said the trip was complete & email me a receipt both times. will be deleting this app immediately. no actual use for those in the states apparently

The app seems to book/confirm your taxi without actually checking with the company. It also doesn't notify you when the company cancel your car, and when you do open the app it doesn't give you a reason why the company have cancelled. Will stick to other taxi apps.

a great experience everytime I love being able to book the cab watch it when it comes or get the alert email or if you just want to order a cab you can actually see where the Cabs are on the city map it's great. it's a great app 5 stars forsure

Your app stinks half the time it work the times it does not. You need to look into the back end of your app all it does is flip in and out of your app causing me to restart your app many times thru out the night, i can fix your loosy app it is not worth it weight in anything. Fix this piece of garbage. And your taxi driver caller is garbage.

App works great in my area. Accurate estimated price & can see car arriving. Easy booking. Couldn't ask for more, Taxi service was also good, I noticed most of the bad reviews was because no taxi service with Taxicaller near to user.

It just never arrived (I waited about 30 mins) even when I booked a pickup 3 days in advance. I ended up having to cancel and book an Uber so I don't miss my bus.

Waited for a Taxi Cab all day long and it never arrived to the pick up point to the drop off destination. Not sure if I was supposed to call the taxi cab company after booking my reservations for a taxi cab. It was unclear what the next step was after making the reservations necessary to go to a meeting today.

Expensive, unprofessional...A normal cab ride for any taxi service in my area is 5-7$. They tried to charge me $12 to go down the street less than 5 miles. My scheduled pick up was 11 a.m...and no one was there. I then had to call back so they could call another driver. This service is TERRIBLE!

Why do u guys text saying don't cancel when u guys cancel after I waiting hour for a cab. Just wait longer cause now I am waiting in the back of the line. It only works in am. Other times it has never worked finding a ride. I get it gets busy, but don't make people wait 3 hours.

Needs a "Multi-stop" option on the passenger app, and also driver app So we can add stops if needed We also need to be able to edit addresses on the driver app (when booked by passengers), as and when needed.

Small cab wouldn't accept 1 average size man, one very petite girl and 3 full size garbage bags. So he called a van and told me it would be 10$ extra. We waited a while then we called cheam taxi who took a while but called us with updates every 5 to 10 mins and didn't charge the extra fee!!! That's how you get a tip. Thanks again guys :)

Am interested to use this app as a means of connecting with my customers. I run an independent taxi service in Papua Neq Guinea. Would it be possible? And how do I use it as a taxi provider?

Unable to sign up, as the app keeps crashing for me when interacting with input fields.

There should be a way for the driver to alert the rider that they have arrived, instead of the customer having to watch the map to see where the driver is. Also the driver should not be receiving alerts to another call while already on a call

I would never use this app if I was someone that lived in the state of Arkansas only because they give a time of when they're supposed to arrive and it's supposed to show on the map exactly where the taxi driver is but sometimes the driver may show up late or earlier than usual but when you think you have time to get ready and they show up 5 minutes after you've been waiting what are you supposed to do well a driver left me and actually wouldnt allow me a ride tonight I'd never use Payless again

The funny thing about Jack Relf's review is that in my experience that has happened way more often with Uber/Lyft than it has with actual cab companies. Once the bars/clubs close down Uber/Lyft drivers are like "See ya!" Ive had much better luck at 3am w a cabbie who is in the middle of a 12 hour shift.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone ! After being overcharged, £11.10 for a 3 mil trip!! After ringing up the office, being spoken down to . Even after telling the women I had a form of ASD was hung up on and wouldn't even answer any question I had . Number was blocked so had to call up another bromsgrove taxi company MARKET who spoke to me calmly , said sorry that I was treated this way and even rang up BTC taxi to try and help me . Dont use !!
