TaxiCaller Driver

Questionable. So many other drivers have the ability to send a text to their customers stating they're on the way or it automatically sends and I can't I'm trying to figure out how to use this feature but there's no way for me to figure it out I wish the app would say how this is done

As a professional driver I've used this app for over 6 years. The only real complaint i have about it is the inability of the driver to load multiple calls. A featute like this would be invaluable. I have worked with another program simultaneously with this one and it had that feature as well as the ability for the driver to hit a button for the pick-up or drop-off of multiple calls and it would take you directly t Google Maps for that specific portion of the run

Some features drive me crazy. Like the disptacher not being able to put the runs in the order i am getting them.i end up not being able to see all the info from the run if its not the top run. Messages dont always come through the app from the diapatcher. Sometimes runs wont show up on my phone but it shows as timed out but it never showed up on my phone. These are just the top complainats i have.

PLEASE make a way to change the notification sound when you get a ride!!!!! The sound is just not loud enough for me to hear unless my phone is basically in my hand!!! If changed, I will rate 5 stars!

Reliable, works well with Maps, and very easy to use. I wish there was a way to change the alert tone though. The doorbell nose is effective, but very unpleasant.

Like this app, it's easier to navigate and connect you from the dispatch to the passenger address, records distances and can safe from the danger since it's have a safety button which you press and get help. It's records your movement and payment.

This app keeps locking up, it's a real pain that my company has to keep telling me to reboot because it's always freezing up, company keeps saying it's our devices but I feel like it's a developer issue with the app. When you fix that, the app will do well.

I would give it 5 stars but that app keeps signing out every 30 min for no reason....could you look into why the taxi envelope keeps signing me out please. I still have the issue of the app signing off on its own and unknowingly out of service. Its worse niw with envelope. My phone is Oneplus 6t on Tmobiles network. Thank you

I am not a fan of the new updates when I receive a ride I have to go into the app and click Start so the app actually shows my dispatch that I have started that ride it used to be where it was automatically assigned... I am not a fan of these updates I do like however your update where we have the ability to use the card present option that is a blessing.

Not running good with new updates. Not good for iPhone

I use this app for work. Was forced into working it. Mostly does well!! I get annoyed as hell when i am in the middle of a job & i get kicked off. It'll do it several times in 1 day. Then no issues another day...

It has frozen up to where I cannot put a drop in, I have to restart my phone. The other day it wouldn't measure mileage only time. A $30 fare only counted to $6 due to time. And every three days or so I have to restart my phone to fix whatever issues I have encountered. *Edit* 3/25/2021 now in chat, where we communicate with dispatch we do not get to see full message so we can edit for spelling. Instead of others ratting people out they are eatting them.... We aren't cannibals here.

Dire app. Use it everyday for work, (no choice). Offers me jobs in the area that I'm in, rather than where my destination is. Was doing Birmingham to Heathrow & yet it still offered me jobs for 10 minutes time in Birmingham.!! There is a map showing you how to get to your destination & yet it still offers me jobs in the area that I'm in rather than my destination. Shows incorrect fare & mileage amounts compared to the cars odometer. It's pathetic. Hint: Use icabbi instead.!!

I'd really like to be able to edit a saved job instead of starting all over and losing info. Also to be notified more in advance when to accept jobs. It often doesn't give me enough travel time to pickup

I would give it 5 stars but it keeps kicking me out fur some reason. I've never had that problem. I've called my phone provider, uninstalled and reinstalled. I've called our IT person fur the company about it. Still nothing.

Hey fix the crashing issue, when the app is the only one that is open, it crashes and kicks me out to the log in screen it is so frustating.

Still not reliable software. It is log out every 15 min on my Huawei mate 20 and Cat 41 too. I have fast 4g sim card and un limited mobile data. I tried all settings in my mobile to fix it. I have more observations too.

No improvement or new features in last two years. Probably time to change to more advanced systems in market...

Isn't working properly on my new tablet. Not helpful to customers as they are not getting notification of arrival and an inconvenience to me as a driver

This app just says sign in. I don't have an account so I am confused. App is poorly designed and doesn't work! F is the grade this app. gets

Constantly stops syncing and have to sign out and back in to get it syncing again.

Fares calculated by app are always fixed, leaving the risk of traffic jam to the driver. Other apps can manage this. Why not you?

This App is working excelente now. Keep in ming that if you are a Taxi Company you need to Download. Both App: Taxi Caller Dispatcher and Taxi Caller for the Driver
