It was working just fine before you added "Driver Score" feature. It constantly go down, it never goes up even though the trip was successfully completed with good rating. Whenever riders feels like canceling the trip that they have requested, they just cancel and the driver will get pushed for that through DRIVER SCORE. This feature is working against drivers. Even good drivers are affected by this feature because they can't control riders when it comes to canceling trips.

The App keeps hanging and lagging continuously, most times you don't have the opportunity to accept an incoming ride and it will be counted against you even when it's not your fault. Also, the pick up point is usually inaccurate as we are made to go far distance to pick a passenger without any form of consideration. You waste, your airtime, data, fuel and data but the rider will still cancel it. The rate is also not encouraging considering the cost of car maintenance and fuel.

For the dynamics of the economic fundamentals. I would rate it 5 stars... The functionality and features designed for various regulations, I would have rated it 3 stars. So for the overall end user features, I would rather give it 4 stars without having to compare it with other apps I have not used. All in all, it's a good platform with a worldwide standard features... If it was custom made for each country when it comes to features and usability? This app has a lot of work to be done...

The app is ok but the pick up point of client is always far away and the random calculation of tfare isn't encouraging. There should be variation to the fares. Sometimes, client will cancelled an order even while close to them. Kindly, consider us too, fuel, data, calling clients, vehicle parts prices are not smiling...with the current purchasing power of the economy.

All is fine, intuitive, handy. Better of detail about which fare left a certain tip would be a plus. Also a filter option, to allow drivers to accept card payment (no cash) if they prefer to do so, would be a big plus.

Good app however....I'm concerned about safety issues. Not alerting the driver if the area is high risk or not. I find myself cancelling a number of trips because the pickup is in a known dangerous area but the app doesn't alert me. Can I also see my drop off point from the time I accept the trip.

Have been using this app for some months now and I discovered it was just a new way of colonization. The percentage on each trip was so high and the money for each was so cheap as taking a bike. Bolt drivers to me are just slaves as far as this business is concerned. I drove for first 4 months and calculated my profit and my expenses in fixing my car it's was just so annoying. I suggest you change so many things on how the app works ie increase the price, the bonus need to be increase and....

I recently bought a new Samsung A03 after i lost my phone. Bolt driver App doesn't work apparently it slows down phone's performance as a result feacture to override other Apps has been turned off. I've allowed/granted the all the permission on settings but still. Kindly advise which devices are still capable to handle your App?

Is it possible that the app is enabled a feature to work without being displayed over other apps , because I've recently changed phones and the android go edition does not allow me to use any apps that will display over others. This android renders the app unable to work and now I need to change phones again which I cannot afford,since I cannot work.

The app keeps crashing and you cannot accept the job because the screen keeps freezing which reduces your activity. When accepting the job there is only 5 seconds given, there should be at least 10 seconds.

This app has to do with an unfair partnership, too many glitches which you guy have decided not to address, how can this app be active if your phone is off,only to realise afterwards you being charged for you phone being off,you get to the destination and you still 6min left,which means you will charge 6min less the fare,the base price is always charged even if it takes a longer time to get to the destination, no compensation for rider cancellations,with all the cancellation attributed to the dr

If I could I will give you big Zero to the service and the app. The drivers do whatever they want and act like they are doing us a favour. They have no idea what it is to provide a driving service and even get upset when you ask them simple things like drop off inside my complex or even open the boot so how on earth they even working in this field. They never answer the phones and they don't know how to use a GPS. They also love to cancel trips and don't bother when a trip is from certain amount

The only problem is on go trips passengers are asking to have a stop or change destination most of the times it doesn't and up with the total trip amount or if a passenger ask to use a different route which longer than the given route it doesn't calculate the amount according to distance covered . They don't show drivers destinations, it's like they are trapping drivers to accept trips even those that go to dangerous areas. It used to state nicely the exact name of the area and the streets address but now they realize that some drivers won't take trips to certain destinations so they came up with a plan. I think

One can not log-in when using a device that runs on Android Go versions eg Samsung galaxy A03 core but it was working just fine on Samsung A02 core. So frustrating for drivers who just bought a new cellphone only to find out it's not compatible.

Its good but include the destination of the customers when the ping comes. Secondly, I think in business you need both sides. And I'm curious about the issue of blocking our accounts without hearing from us. If the customer decides to cancel the order due to long distance of pickup, why I'm I the one to suffer?

Bolt, why have you decided to frustrate and make it difficult and unpleasant for your drivers to work with you. You know very well that your app works inaccurately and with so many detailed errors. Since the new features, working with bolt has been frustrating and with all these complaints here and there still you remain adamant not to pay attention or do anything about it. This is very bad, unfair and totally unacceptable.

The app is very good in terms of work available. However, the app crashes a lot. You accept a job then the app has a mind of its own and stops working. In the end you end up having to cancel the job because the app does not work. You loose out on money and your activity score also goes down, for something that was out of your control.

Easy to use. Intuitive interface All functions are smartly organised therefore finding something is quick, and its integration with navigation apps is a nice touch. Setting up the account is super easy, as well The only con I found is that in my device (2018) there is a bit of lag and it feels quite heavy in graphics.

First of all, this app keeps crashing all the time, turning off on its own which leads to missing incoming request. Secondly, the map is almost always inaccurate in direction, which leads to more time, wastage of fuel and manpower in getting to your clients. Thirdly, and most annoying to me, is the fact that whenever a client canceled a request, it will be counted against the driver__for what? I mean WHYYYY. Because this reduces the driver's score 💯...am not done yet! As am out of letters now.

Sometimes the application hangs when a ride request comes in.The inability to accept it is being taken to mean that the driver deliberately ignored the request which is not the case. Also, there are seldomly requests well over the radius coverage of 5km which will require decline by the driver and will need to b cancelled.possibility of getting to a pick up point only to find out that the passenger looks way suspicious and can't be trusted. Declines here is not rider fault security reasons.

Very good, but clients do cancel rides when you are at pick up. It is not encouraging. Most times rides are canceled by clients for no valid reasons not minding the fuel we might have exhausted trying to reach out to them.
