Fan of this app even when its under pressure of high demand they allow you to tip to get the ride if you are desperate for work etc.. But! There is a problem where a driver accepts the fair then go's somewhere else.. you cancel because your late get blocked from the app and don't have the language to make a call.. I have only experianced this once and have now learnt to speak.. Could you not reivew the cancellation with an algorytham that compares the arrival time at booking vs at cancelatian..

For Bulgaria: so very convenient is that you don't have to be super knowledgeable on all roads and signs cuz guess what the app lets the taxi drivers locate you straight from the map. Thank you!

It really depends on the driver, to be frank. Route is always pre-determined to be the most efficient, so it's really up to whether you're down with the driver's style. You can always comment and let him/her know you're uncomfortable, that's for sure. Some of them think it's easy to cheat the route if you're foreign, so google the route and inform yourself before you order!

Right after install it said it ordered a taxi for me even before it loaded the main screen. Canceled it immediately and tried to put my order and was told I have to wait 45 min because I canceled too many orders. Do I have to underline that such behavior is idiotic, especially on a taxi app where you are in a hurry?

Installed it, had my taxi in 4 minutes and paid a fair price using the credit card option. Now trying to figure out how to share the app with a friend and there is no 'share' button, link, nothing 😆

This application is once created and left to work with bugs and no further development but there are new taxes included. it is so fragile that of any change is made it is crashing. Reported about the inaccurate GPS in 2019 the issue is still present. Long time ago Asked for additional point to be added (as I know many people requested such) still not implemented. Some years ago wanted to add a card it was a bug that was a conflict with old cards so administrator needed to remove old one manually in order to clear something like cache or similar. Same thing happened today by this time no fix from support. Now my account is blocked because the application failed to add the new card but instead some how activated an old one and payment failed due to inactivity :D. I was told to try again adding it but still the same. E-pay verified as well as the bank but nothing appeared in the app. Account got blocked due to issue from the app it self. These people are collecting some ratings but never use it to see the customer history they are directly blocking no matter what. There no backup payment method as well. And one thing you can hear "We are sorry to hear this or that...."

Come on guys. Forgotten password functionality has not been working for 2-3 months. I can't even log in. Can't give you feedback. Your contact form on website does not work as well.

Too much waiting. No cars and you should offer a tip each time in order to find you a driver. If your distance is short forget to find a taxi with this app unless you offer 5 levas tip. It was good app, but obviously not anymore.

Worst customer experience ever! No customer support, no contact number, no chat, no way to get in touch with them quickly in case of an emergency, such as lost property in a taxi. In case of a lost phone they advise to log in from another device to get in touch with the driver BUT to log in you need to type a verification code sent via text message to the lost phone, so it's a catch 22 and doesn't work. Don't use this app, they are unavailavle to help customers!

I am always able to get a tqxi, even for shorter trips without paying extra. The taxi drivers are always nice and polite.

Quick and good quality service, good car park and drivers.

The driver was flawless. Even without knowing anything about English. There was no problem because the APP hold destination data. The app itself needs improvement. It said no available drivers. It asked for a tip to attract driver. Nothing was found. I tried another company via phone and all of a sudden it beeped on the background saying that taxi had arrived. So improve is adequate.

A pretty decent app to order a ride. Usually I don't write reviews. I was using the Maxim app, which was great at first, but it started to get terribly slow to find a taxi. I switched over to taxime and it haven't taken me more than 5 minutes to find a car. Definitely recommend it. Deleted the Maxim app after the second time I used taxime. Much faster and real, licensed drivers.

Terrible experience! There was absolutely no chance to find a taxi in the morning to the airport! Totally useless and frustrating experience. There is also no way to reserve a taxi beforehand. The app totally misses the point! Spare your time and avoid this useless app.

The option to change the password doesn't work - you press "Change", it loads but 8t simply doesn't take effect...Also there is no validation when trying ti change it, even with a wrong password it doesn't say a thing. Also the reset password option doesn't work (when it is forgotte), it just loads without end and an email is never generated...

Without tip it is impossible to find a driver. I don't want to pay huge tip for a smelly car and driver

The app is good looking but not very functional because it rarely connects drivers and customers. It crashes often which prevents from using e-payments reliably. This leads to problems such as double payment. Finally, they have very poor and slooow customer service and only via email. Do not install

Terrible service. I was using your applocation everyday. But now I was standing and looking at my screen for forty minutes because 3 drivers take the order but don't move and does not respond to messages. So you basically either have no options but just stuck on the waiting screen or cancel the order. Once you cancel it you get banned by the application. Nice attitude to the customers, have fun with someone else who like to be treated like that. This was last time me andy family use this app.

The experience would be similar to Uber but there are some big catches. The price is not known before the ride so you need to manually watch the route to see if the driver is not driving in circles to make it more expensive. Secondly if you are paying with card, the driver puts in the price manually so he can literally charge you whatever he wants! Once he charged us 2x the price estimate, while there was no traffic jam or whatever. No reply from the customer service about the complaint.

Good app overall! -The bad part about it though, is that you can't see what rating is the driver having, so you may be able to cancel the trip - in case there's an "arse" coming to pick you up.

Very pleased with the app, I am never going to use the other taxi drivers that wont give me a lift for a short distance! The app is very intuitive and easy to use. The only thing I would like to be changed is I see the price before I order the taxi.

You should be able to see what is available, estimate cost, and how long before a driver can get to you before you book. I tried for 30 min to get a taxi and it said no drivers available. I tried a different day, a taxi was available but it was going to take too long to get to me (which they tell you after you request a taxi) so I cancelled it and then I got a warning. Drivers will still take a longer route to rip you off - customer service don't do anything. Price always higher than estimate.

Unreliable at all. It shows no available cabs near me for 35mins and at the same I can see two with green light on the windscreen and label of the app on the doors. Good old phone call always works.

A very useful app for tourists in Bulgaria, makes traveling around by taxi safe and easy. My wife left her jacket in a (taxime) taxi and they helped retrieve it with minimal fuss. It's a good app run by good honest people, so is highly recommended.

The app hasn't been working lately, tried to order about 15 times and no drivers were found while I was seeing free TaxiMe cabs roaming around. Customer support is fantastic though, they reply pretty fast and are helpful.

Great app and for non bulgarian speaker it avoids confusion on the destination 😁
