TAXImet - Taximeter

I have just installed this app, I am not sure that I will use it, my main concern is that once the meter is stopped, it resets to zero. In my experience many times when the given destination is reached, one or more passengers want to carry on to another destination. This app fails in this situation. It should be able to carry on from stopped, I could learn the habit of pausing at the end of a journey, and stop once the customer paid, perhaps the stop and pause / resume button could be the size?

The new updates have been great! I love the integration of the square POS system into this. Now I can meter my taxi and pay all in the same screen. Good Job. My only complaint is that if your screen rotates from landscape to portrait it resets the meter which means the fare is no longer visible. I would give a 5 star if y'all could fix that.

this is a very good app for taxi work .im disapointed that it dose not have a black background like it used to. now it is a white background which is hard on the eyes at night.Ive since returned it to a black background. im delighted with the result.ManyThanks for a great taxi app.Pat Flood.

Better than I expected. You have to read very carefully the instructions. Once you get the settings correct, it's very good, actually excellant. I like the feature where you can send the customer a receipt to his or her email. It breaks down every charge associated with the drive.

Wonderful app, but it's missing one thing. If you could add this feature it would be amazing. When the journey and the meter is stopped, there is no feature to reset the meter so when you pick up the next customer the meter would show 0.00. It currently still displays the last fare before you start the meter again, this causes confusion when your customer first gets in, they think the meter is already running. Start meter - Stop meter - Reset back to 0.00 That would be better

Works great on my S21. But all my other lines/devices the app stops at $6.00 or charging after 1.1 mile. I turned off the battery optimizer completely and still the same result.

I would have given -10 stars if I could. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. There is no tutorial that teaches you how to use the app. Tried changing from kilometers to miles, it keeps changing back to kilometers. Set to charge $50 minimum... Really?! How do you set your own fair price?! $50 for a pet, $50 for extra passenger..... Are you people out of your mind?! Can't even change settings. Uninstalled 5 minutes after installing. Waste of time.

I am trialling this app with a view to using it professionally in the UK for a single driver taxi business. It seems to be accurate, straightforward and easy to use. I just need to understand if the reporting information can be extracted in a form compliant with my licensing authority's requirements. If it is then we are good to go.

Very good app for taxi drivers but one complaint or suggestion when i on the meter on the first day at any time it shows very good fare but sometimes trip continues for next day meter automatically it goes to end trip if this error is only on trial version means good then i go to pro version but it is not sure then how i bought pro verb

also a split fare option would be useful. even though you can set times for different trarrifs, they don't automatically come into action at that time, which renders the timer function useless currently.

Set up and appearance is best. But not reliable. Stops in the middle with no notification. Call or network drop may be interrupting the app

This is a great app that helps to build up my taxi fleet. It has all necessary features for taximeter and charging customer. Tariffs are configurable and locked by my self. It has a registration for taxi caller app, that connects customers directly with us. Developer is responsinve and support my questions.

This app is very good. You can adjust the perimeters, prices etc. You can even send your customers the bill via text, email or print. It is very good, I like it.

This app was great. But my new drivers complain that it stops running if they answer an incoming call while driving a fare. Any fix for this?

Usefull app.. verygood work.. but , It is a problem that the printing bill does not include the stopping period and the amount due for that period

The best taxi meter app there is, but looses signal when traveling in tunnel and meter stops ticking, is there anyway of making it just tick over time instead of kms when signal is lost?

@ start it works great but few days later it stop working and it is stuck on "Searching GPS"... hope you fix this problem. I already delete tge app data and still doesnt work.

Superb app and i have a little suggestion that it's great if we can see the route through map and then to get a print of that also

Good and easy app, but some distance issues, some time hayar start not zero distance

Had to delete old tariff settings and edit new one to work. Works good.

To get the metering to work and set metering prices is an extra charge per mile, to have no ads is another charge.

Excellent app..small change if you can had maps will be great..

It's not a good app. Some times it showed wrong distance continuesly.
