increase the fares and stop giving out discount to riders also imlement on-board taxi meter for all rides beyond the drop-off point (destination)
please work on the app. its keeps freezing..very slow to response. always difficult to start a trip... takes forever for a trip to start..and that inconveniences the driver..so sometimes we move the car and keep pressing the touch buttom for the trip to start. please work seriously on the app... perfect navigation system but the response generally is slow..
Power consuming app. Always need to run in background. I don't understand yet why it needs permission to screen share
Super application for All I like this application a lot of because this is a good application and I earn money to use this application it's very helpful any person and it's navigator is best navigator in the world very helpful and very opportunity for drivers that's the reason I recommend all my friends and drivers to use and Yandex Pro taxi meter
The price is too much low for the drivers, the charge should go up for the drivers
The fact is, the team of Yandex are doing well. But the problem I have is the long distance picking. Sometimes when you are going to pick the passenger, nearly to the place or the point of destination, he or she sometimes cancel the trip.He or she has wasted your fuel without payment.So my suggestion is that, kindly find a way to charge those people.Then also the price of some distances are very cheap. You can move for ten kilometres and receive 10 Ghana cedis.Pls rise up a bit.Bad rounds ahead
The cash rider doesn't pay cancellation fee. This is the worst thing in this app. Due to that, some clients play with the drivers and order taxis but never come to ride. I suggest to cancel this cash payment method. Only fare transfer though the app is enough.
Excelent, simple the best taxi app.
It's a good app though but I have three suggestions I need you to look at to entice drivers onto the platform, because the more cars available the higher the patronage and the more drivers the less pick-up time. 1. Agents promptness to effecting payments to the driver app. 2. Pricing should be fairly the same as the existing competitors to attract more drivers. 3. Payment of bonuses to drivers must be prompt.
I'm always getting "Something happened Yango pro can't accept trip requests. To go online, please restore your device to factory settings and reinstall the version of the app." Now, I've done this way more than 10 times but it always comes back to this exact same message every time. What can be done about it?
The app is a good one notwitgstanding but the prices they charge for the kind of distances covered do not measure up. This is the reason why most online drivers choose to drive on other ride hailing apps rather than yango. If the prices turn out to be good and the pick up distances are reduced, many drivers will prefer this. The riders are misusing the 2 cedis base rate. They make drivers drive all the way only to oick them to a very short distance because they know they'll only pay 2 cedis.
The app sometimes misdirect and.make the work so.difficult. I have also complained about the identity of riders and that has NOT been done . Some of us will stop driving on this app if the identity of the riders are not known. I have tried several times and still trying to download the app but it is not been possible.
Essentilly this is one app that is user friendly when you are on line. Apparently the map cannot necessarilly be relied upon since our city and suburbs have not well been marked. Knowing town makes driving on the map great. Effectively we ask for more reliable improvement this year.CONGRATS YANGO SUPPORT TEAM.
Problematic Destination settings. It should destinations of more than two in a day. Also it should avoid asking full address. I should be able to work with different navigations aside Waze. Trip fare should be counted as it starts to where it would end and not where the trip has been set to. How can you guys say 12 trips in a day for GHS200 and you are giving drivers about 3km pick-ups? only for the journey to last 10 minutes? Think about DRIVERS. Check your cancellation points
Why fixed the fare to suit riders but don't think about drivers??? the app doesn't make Sense to me anymore!!!!! as long as I drive to riders preferable destination(s)irrespective of their originally stated destination,riders should bare that extra cost .... wouldn't it be embarrassed to let a rider get out of my car when their phone's go off but yet they want to continue to a different destination?think,we were on other transport app before we joined yango!!!!!!!
This app is doing so well but need to add names of the riders to their contact. Other apps are doing same and the transactions are very easy. Payment of bonuses are excellent without stress. Keep it up for us to become the best
It was better until fixed price came up, I picked up a rider, after a long time in traffic asked me to stopped over for a while to shop. She spent not less than 30 minutes shopping and after completing the trip, same value. Very bad
I love the data collection of the all, and the interface. However, the the idea that I need to end shift when I am offline does not relate well with me. At least offline should be offline and not read into the number of working hours.
Its at times disappointing because the pick up point changes to be the drop off points and i dont know if the problem is from the Riders or the App... But on several occasions it appears its from the Riders because they aren't abreast with the usage of the app so I turn to educate them on that....
Billing System has improved. Thumbs up. In-App map voice isn't stable. Kindly work on it because it helps more when map voice is always active. Fares need to be a bit up. Thank you
The app is complicated because when you want to change destination,you can't find it both driver and riders app,you have to work on that because changing destination will always make it convenient and easier for both Rider and driver.Thank you
The app is improving but few things needed to be done such as displaying the name of the customer on the screen during the request, and also to be able to identify or capture the name of the areas i.e. Accra Mall, East Legon, labone, cantonments, osu, Lapaz etc. to make it easier to know the direction where you are heading to.
I dont enjoy using it like other map it gives long way without shot cut no rerouting after u have made a wrong turn and it makes my phone function slow whenever am using it. More work should be done on it.
I can't take orders on my Samsung Galaxy S8. The apps keeps asking me to reset my phone to factory settings and download the latest version, I complied and repeated it on a number of occasions after previous attempts proved futile. Kindly help me out please
Yandex don't care if some incident happens to the driver. According to them, they only offer rides and no any support to drivers. A drunk customer vomitted in the car and went away. I contacted yandex to deal the situation and they are not willing to give even the contact details who had ordered. I suggest to think once more before choosing Yandex. I loose more than 600e, and time in hope of getting help.
Woke up in the morning, not going to work today, didn't open Yandex Pro, and phone is already saying that "Yandex Pro draws too much power, do you want to stop it?" And it happens regularly. In the morning, in the noon, in the evening. I want to have an option to completely kill it when I don't work.
