Low fare. So unprofitable to driver considering current fuel price. Customer can cancel anytime even after the driver reach the destination. I once travelled almost 25km just end up with cancellation by customer. Yesterday i refills my account and the bank deducted my account but the app didn't refill it till now. Sent message to management but unresponsive.
I use to be could send message in chat, but now i've been blocked. May i know why? Sometimes client cancel the order if i renew the ETA because of traffic, i still hard to read maps on the apps, where my position & where are the pick up point. Sometimes cache still there while the orders is already taken or cancel.
please don't be cheap for the price. long distance but less price. application is intended for work right? not to harm workers
Taxsee Malaysia.. what happened today we as drivers cannot make an order due to a pop up says ' need a photo verification and need to wait' . Its already takes a one day and still not fix yet 😡
Next.. please when updating, so that an anti-double system is made. Customers who have not completed their orders cannot place orders at the same point.. Because this is very detrimental to the driver. Thank you
The fare is too low. How to maintain a car condition with this earning. If you are only calculating the fuel, of course it's profitable but what about service, tyres, etc
Please add online banking in order to top up our credit as it is easier and faster for us
The app should separate the request rider it must not reflect on the orders newbees like me cannot identify easily which is the rr or not.

The most irritating is poor maps, difficult to determine the pickup or destination point. Maps provided often show route that cannot be accesed eg. one way or even through stairs at a narrow alley. then too much distance gap from the maxim route vs actual on the road eg. Route provided 4,4km but actual is 5,1km sometimes more making the fare is way too low for the driver. Please consider to use cashless payment and easier top up balance like the others because your top up fee is pretty expensive
ask for help to change the fare rate, because the driver has no profit if faced with traffic jams and accept the task and have to turn back to pick up passengers.
This app didn't have withdrawl option how can i withdrawl my money??? 😡😡😡 and support option is worst didn't work
The AUTO option keeps turning on everytime I enterd the app and I recieve a warning for cancelling few orders. How was I suppose to know. I have not receive my EVP Permit and dont know when will I recieve it eventhough I have registered for one.
Useless app everytime you refill money they always get deduction, plus the 15% percent of delivery.they think being a rider is easy. they spend time and effort, gasoline,using own vehicle the delivery fee is very low.this app is cheater. 😡😡👎👎👎They dont consider their rider they only consider their customer. 👎👎👎👎If you change your rules maybe i change my ratings.
good day sir/maam. im a taxsee driver/rider is it possible to go back the 0.99 rating ? i'd violate while working on order. but i didnt mean it. because the customer is shock while im editing route to have a fair DELIVERY FEE. when i notice her reaction, (that she get mad) and to avoid arguing on her. i disregard the routes. i only charged her a small amount. so i can skip and get another order. hope for your consideration sir/maam. taxsee user. 78166368
Very bad app even just to register very time consuming.
This company will never grow if they decided not to protect the driver. Too many cases where the customers cancelled order after driver already arrived or was nearby. Dont say we never complaint in the apps. We even talked to customer service and manager. More badside from goodside let alone low fare but high commission fees. Its not even worth the fuel consumptions. Useless

Once I have a booking, In my trip(s), i notice that the remarks of the client like example they will put the consignee/receiver contact number. There is no option to copy the # to contact directly the receiver. I have to open my cellphone keypad and memorize the receiver's # and dial in order to contact the receiver. It is time consuming. The client side, there is no problem because I have option to chat or call the client.
sent support an issue, got a call 6 hours later. can understand cos it's a holiday. halfway through the call, it got cut off and never called back. next day check again the status of the issue and it is said to be resolved. managed to figure out myself the problem. the app interface is not consistent with the screenshot in the "Using The App" tutorial. don have a good feeling using the app and services. can't even get any requests confirmed.
Poor design, bad maps experience. A lot route is designed one way in real, but in maps can show reverse to go through causing shorter route and lower rate. But in real route is 1or 2km more than the designate route. Never make adjustment on it. Please use google instead of your stupid maps
I use taxsee apps under maxim ehailing platform and I can say this apps has no problem at all, it worked perfectly. It's just that the problem lies with the the cancellation, if the driver cancelled a request, it'll affect the driver rating but if the rider cancel, it seems nothing happen.
Positive: The best app for drivers, easy to find the exact position of your riders, because sometimes the person who orders are live in a small alley or waiting on the other side of the road. So this is important. Negative: The cost is very cheap, it's a plus point for riders but not for drivers. And sometimes I got an order that's too far away from my place (5km or more).
