Great bank terrible app. Randomly won't work. But frequently randomly won't work. It's a regular occurrence that i just can't open the app. Its frustrating and way to often for my liking.
It keeps telling me invalid user name on a monday and i just used it on that sunday. I even uninataled it and reinsralled it and it still would not work. Its a pain when it wont work.
Outstanding service.
Every time I try to log in it comes back with system error and will not allow me to sign in. I've uninstalled and installed several times, with the same outcome. Just started doing this a little over a week ago. My boyfriend with the same account is still able to log in.
Some times my current balance and my available balance are different and this app does not show what the pending charges are my previous 2 credit unions had this and it would be nice if this app did
Easy to use, and accurate!
It wont let me scroll to see previous transactions. It does let you transfer money between accounts. Many options that could make this a 5 star app its lacking. That is if it works...which it does 60% of the time.
