App is broken, transactions don't complete making it functionally useless. As a cherry on top, text fills fields in white font (on white background).

The app simply doesn't work. Either fix it or quit using a app for every damn restaurant.

Chase lake location is on the wrong place on the map making it difficult to find the first time. App needs a dine in option. I have a Samsung phone. For some reason the app has a difficult time working. It circles and circles for a long time. We were at the restaurant before I could get it open. Zoe's app is so much better. Plus Zoe's gives you reward credit when you order dine in. I love both restaurants and eat at both, depending on where I am. Would like Tazikis to work on improving their app!

It's a very inconsistent points system. Earning rewards is a gamble. The whole point of the app, or so I thought, was to easily earn points when checking out instead of giving your number every time. I'm always at Taziki's and I still haven't earned my first reward. 2 stars for because the app looks good, but looks don't cut it when functionality is poor.

The app constantly crashes or freezes on my Pixel phone. Placing an order through the app is like a 15 minute experience of re-logging in and going through the MULTIPLE steps of clicking on the "Place an Order" button in order to get to the payment screen. I don't think it's the app that is the problem as much as their back-end architecture supporting the app.

This has to be the worst restaurant app ever created. Freezes/crashes constantly. I can never auth so now always have to checkout as a guest. So forget about saving my location, favorite meals, etc. The UX is super clumsy...half the time it takes me back to the home screen and if i'm lucky it doesn't empty my cart. I would think Taziki's would want to have a reliable, easy to use app in these days, but it's been a TERRIBLE app for the past year I've been trying to use it.

The app does not show any typed text (at least on Android). The cursor moves when typing, but the text does not display. Just a really bad bug that makes this app on Andriod unusable. Tried the normal uninstall, reinstall, etc. Still does not work. Seems like the app has good potential, just this bug makes it a very bad experience.

This is the worst ordering app ever. Tried to order multiple times and it kept telling me there was an error. Submitted and then it asked me to register or login which I wanted to check out as guest. So I closed that and remained on the cart screen. I go into the physical store and order in line since none of my submissions on the app were going through. Low and behold they have 2 orders to go for me from the app. Dumbest design ever. Won't use again ever.

Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a message that it had been updated and bugs had been fixed. Actually, the update us much worse than the original app. No longer shows number of points needed to redeem for reward, what the reward is nor how to redeem. Please just go back to the original app.

Unusable and Broken. unreadable white on white text, password reset function doesn't work just loops, and the website to order also doesn't work (to funnel people to download a specific app for a thing that used to be able to be done in any browser on any device). There shouldn't BE an app for this, but since there is, it should at least function. This turns the star rewards into an absolute scam.

Update 6/17/21: Changing to 1 star because now the app crashes when trying to start an order. The app is pointless now. Original: Text is white on a white background... I have to highlight text to see what I've typed. I had to reenter all of my previously saved details at checkout. Giving it 2 stars only because the rest of the app works well enough.

The sign up process and the ability to log in is very difficult because you can't see any of the text you are typing unless you highlight every bit of it. Also the support email doesn't work.

App will not allow you to sign in. This has been going on for over a year even with password resets and uninstalling. Received a message to try the app so I thought it was fixed. Nope. Same issues a year later. Love the food but hate the app. I'd rather you not have one if it's going to be this bad.

crashes on startup. can't move beyond the splash screen. to make matters worse it finally loaded successfully once so I could enter my info and create an account. just as soon as I did all that back to crashing. great food, terrible app.

This app is terrible. I love the points system but usually end up having to order from the website because it freezes and glitches every time I try to order. Barely functional app. Dont waste your storage. Just order on the web.

I like the restaurant and wanted to use the app to place an order. Unfortunately, the app is pretty bad. Alicia's to the point of being non-responsive. Badly formatted pages don't adapt to the phone you're using.

I have never been able to use this app. I've installed and removed the app many times. I have several other restaurant apps that work great. Just not this one. If you could just work a little more to tweak this app it would be good for many people. I love Tazikis food and the people who work there are awesome. I only wish they had a good, working app.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I sign in, the app force closes. I've never even been able to sign in to see what the app actually consists of. I haven't uninstalled it, bc I'm hoping one day I'll try to log on and it'll magically work. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The most useless app on my phone. Login text appears to be white on a white background. Deleted app, reinstalled, changed password, still can't get in. It's been like this for months.

App does not work. I've tried to open it several times and it just keeps closing out and saying "app stopped working". I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

Love this restaurant but this app was designed by a child. Constantly crashes, slow to load, and doesn't transfer any information from account. Please go back to the old app.

Thank goodness the food isn't as bad as the app I eat here quite often and was looking forward to signing up and receiving my reward of $10 off. It doesn't recognize my email and when I tried to sign up again, it says an account already exists with that email. I go here at least once a week very disappointing

Take the time to configure an order, go to check out and the stored card needs updating because it expired. Not possible. Nothing can be done to remove a card, add a new one or update the expiration date. Just remove the app from the store already. Clearly nobody is working on it.

UGH. I ordered curbside from website. Was prompted tbat I must download app just to tell them I'm here. Did that. Had to make an account. Doesn't show you any of the characters as you're typing. Get all set ans there's no order in the queue anyway. Technology is supposed to be simplifyin the process!!!

Trash. Slow to open and crashes immediately. I could walk to the store and order by the time the app opens. Uninstalling immediately

Took My Rewards Without My Discount. 😭😭 I logged in started an order decided to change it from delivery to pickup the app cleared my rewards and didn't give them back. Please please fix this!!

Please hire IT PEOPLE who can fix this app? Love the food but, I try to use app and always stops and wants me to restart!!! Would love to check on my rewards but cannot. Last update for this app was Sept 2020 Really!!!!!

Text is not visible, when I type something like my credit card number information, the information is not visible due to the font color, being the same as the background of the input box.

Worked perfectly one time and ever since the app crashes when I click "Start Order". Very frustrating.

Currently upon login, the fields remain blank. Can't login. I won't order as guest because I can't earn points. We eat here too often to not earn our points. We'll just keep ordering in store. 🤷🏻‍♀️
