"Registration is temporarily unavailable" is displayed after entering OTP. Switched to new phone and just not able to setup the application since February 2022.
Works around 50% time which means I should always have the card ready when it declines, so can't really rely on it. Contacted them on Facebook and instead of getting me in touch with support they told me to delete and download the app again... Which is completely unprofessional but I still did it and it didn't help.
Please make it work on Wear OS for Smart Watches. It installs on Smart Watches but crashes when the app tries to request portrait or landscape mode, which is not implemented in the Wear OS. Otherwise it would run fine. Thank you.
After some time it did not work. I had to uninstall and reinstall app. So far it works don't know for how long. On a positive side it's very convenient app - no need for even physical card.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to use this application on buses and subways for some time.

Very practical! I just unlock my device and pay without even opening the app. Keep up the good work! I hope it will support Andoid 10 too when my device recieves it.
Great app, even tho I don't use it that often, but anyway it works a lot better, comparing to the app the orange bank has; it has nice design and everything i need. Thank you! 😎 P.S. You can also add Space Visa card 👾🌌
Please, update it. App is not suitable with newer Android. It crashes everytime I try to open it. I'm using Google Pixel 3 on Android 10.
it is very comfortable and useful application. you don't need to have all your cards with you all the time, just phone. you can make payment so easy. I like it. thank you for it.
They are lying. It does not work on android 10. Crashing. Also why the hel they want pho e call permissions? This app needs inspection! EDIT: when i wrote my review it did not work on android 10 cause you were lazy to update the app.
"card can not be loaded, try again later" error message appears every time I'm trying to attach my account since Dec 2019 and still not solved. Waste of time.
App is very useful and would be great if it'll be available for Galaxy smart watch as well.

Unreliable! 5 from 10 payments get error " Sorry, try again" on last Android! Almost always doesn't work on terminals other than TBC (in Agrohub, McDonald's, etc...) It would be better if TBC bank add support of GPay.
Sometimes requires wifi to make an operation. Not as easy and friendly as the sticker
why thr hell this app now needs to make & manage phone calls??? Dev Team, please update app to support android 10. After update, it just crashes.

Does not work with my Huawei phone. Constantly saying that registration temporarily unavailable.
Suddenly stopped working, can't process any payment. Imagine a family with small children, that can not make a payment for their goods in Carrefour. They can't even leave a parking since they doesn't have check from Carrefour.
What's the problem exactly if someone has a rooted android? At least, make it clear in your app description that "This app can't be installed on rooted Android, due to security concerns"

TBC Wallet is a good app i see no problem easy to use especially if you using TBC internet banking App's
Quick, has never failed a payment, works everywhere with touch terminal
Payments do not go through as the cards goes from activated to deactivated minutes apart for no reason
very convenient just. needs internet after time. i use it every day.
Can't even login with valid credentials. To verify credentials validity I can easily login and get OTP passcode in browser version of OB. Terrible experience.
